    The Tigers are expected to option Torkelson to Triple-A Toledo on Monday, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

    Advice: Torkelson was held out of the lineup for two of the Tigers' last three games after struggling to a .201/.266/.330 slash line with four home runs, 18 RBI and 24 runs scored over 229 plate appearances in 54 games this season. The first baseman will look to hit the reset button with Toledo before potentially returning to Detroit's major-league roster down the road.   • Freddie Freeman homers, swipes bag to lead Dodgers
    Freddie Freeman homered, swiped a base and drove in a pair of runs on Sunday, leading the Dodgers to a 4-0 victory over the Rockies.

    Advice: Freeman was the second member of the Dodgers’ lineup to victimize Austin Gomber in the opening inning, clobbering a 396-foot (104.1 mph EV) solo shot just off of the outstretched glove of Brenton Doyle to increase the Dodgers’ early lead to 2-0. The 34-year-old superstar then led off the third inning with a walk, swiped second base and scored on an RBI knock by Miguel Rojas. Freeman also plated a run with a sacrifice fly in the eighth inning. For the season, he’s slashing .293/.399/.477 to go along with seven homers, 35 RBI and just two stolen bases.   • Luke Raley homers again as Mariners defeat Angels
    Luke Raley homered for the second consecutive day on Sunday, powering the Mariners to a 5-1 victory over the Angels in Seattle.

    Advice: Raley opened the scoring in this one with his 354-foot (110.8 mph EV) solo shot off of Griffin Canning in the fourth inning. The 29-year-old outfielder was also plunked twice in the ballgame — once with the bases loaded to drive in a run in the eighth inning. He then came around to score on Mitch Garver’s three-run double.     Raley went 1-for-2 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and two total runs scored in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Angels.

    Advice: Raley opened the scoring with a solo shot in the fourth inning and added his second RBI in the eighth when he was plunked with the bases loaded. Prior to a one-game absence with a lat issue, he went 1-for-19, but he's gone 3-for-9 with two homers, a double and three RBI over his last three contests. The outfielder is up to a steady .265/.315/.441 slash line with six long balls, 15 RBI, 20 runs scored and five stolen bases over 146 plate appearances this season.     Freeman went 1-for-1 with a solo home run, three walks, two RBI, one stolen base and two runs scored in Sunday's 4-0 win over the Rockies.

    Advice: Freeman went yard in the first inning and added a sacrifice fly in the eighth. The three walks he drew Sunday matched his total of free passes from his previous 13 games. Freeman's at a 13.4 percent walk rate on the year to go along with an equally impressive 16.0 percent strikeout rate. The first baseman has a .293/.399/.477 slash line with seven homers, 35 RBI, 35 runs scored, two steals, 16 doubles and two triples over 61 contests.     Luis Arraez was removed from Sunday afternoon’s game against the Royals due to an apparent injury.

    Advice: Arraez was thrown out at second base attempting to stretch a single into a double in the top half of the fifth inning. He remained in the game for another inning defensively, but was ultimately replaced by Tyler Wade when the Padres took the field in the sixth inning.
