    • Kyle Bradish exits Friday with elbow discomfort
Kyle Bradish was removed from Friday’s start against the Phillies with right elbow discomfort.

Advice: Not good. Bradish is slated to undergo further testing after lasting just five innings on Friday night before exiting after just 74 pitches. He was spotted shaking his elbow throughout the contest on a night where his velocity was up significantly from previous levels. The biggest concern here for fantasy managers is that the 27-year-old righty is roughly six weeks removed from returning from a UCL sprain in his right elbow that caused him to miss all of spring training and the opening month of the season. There should be an update on his status in the coming days and it seems highly likely that he could wind up requiring another trip to the injured list. We’ll have updates on the developing situation as they unfold. Rotoworld 55 minutes ago

    • Henry Davis exits Friday with possible concussion
Henry Davis was removed from Friday’s game against the Rockies with concussion-like symptoms.

Advice: Davis will continue to be monitored over the weekend and it’s possible he’ll require at least a precautionary trip to the 7-day concussion injured list to allow Pittsburgh to bring in some emergency catching depth. The 24-year-old former top prospect, who was a popular sleeper candidate this spring in fantasy drafts, has gone 2-for-17 with one homer and 11 strikeouts in six games since returning from Triple-A Indianapolis back on June 4. There should be an update on his status at some point this weekend. Rotoworld 58 minutes ago

    • Kyle Bradish solid across five innings
Kyle Bradish allowed two earned runs via solo homers in five innings on Friday in a loss to the Phillies. He struck out four and walked one.

Advice: Bradish hadn’t given up a home run all season before Friday, but the Phillies put two in the seats for their only two runs. Still, Bradish was mostly in control with a heavy diet of sinkers to supplement his excellent slider and curveball. He left the game with 74 pitches one inning shy of qualifying for a quality start. • Dealing with elbow problems
Bradish reported having issues with his right elbow after the fifth inning of Friday's game against the Phillies, Andy Kostka of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.

Advice: Manager Brandon Hyde said after the game that Bradish will undergo tests on his elbow to determine the cause of the issue. The 27-year-old missed the first month of the season after suffering a UCL sprain during spring training, so it makes sense why the Orioles are being cautious with him. He's lined up to pitch again next Friday against the Astros, but his chances of making his next start will likely depend on the results of his tests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:46 pm

    • Exits with concussion-like symptoms
Davis was removed from Friday's game against the Rockies after exhibiting concussion-like symptoms.

Advice: It's unclear when exactly Davis might have suffered the injury, but he was replaced behind the dish by Yasmani Grandal ahead of the seventh inning. Davis is in the process of being evaluated by the Pirates' medical staff, and an update on his status should come in the near future. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:14 pm

    • Bound for injured list
Atlanta will place Harris (hamstring) on the 10-day injured list Saturday, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Harris had to make an early exit from Friday's game versus Tampa Bay due to tightness in his left hamstring, and the team has already deemed his injury severe enough to warrant a trip to the IL. The 23-year-old outfielder will receive an MRI on his hamstring Saturday, at which point the team will have a better idea of how long he will be out for. In the meantime, Harris' absence opens a spot in Atlanta's outfield for J.P. Martinez to potentially see consistent playing time. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:25 pm
    • Michael Harris II (hamstring) heading to 10-day IL
Braves’ manager Brian Snitker told reporters after Friday’s game that Michael Harris II will be placed on the 10-day injured list on Saturday.

Advice: The 23-year-old outfielder was pulled from Friday’s game in the first inning due to tightness in his left hamstring. He’ll undergo an MRI exam on Saturday to determine the severity of the injury, but he’s going to miss at least a couple of weeks. With Ronald Acuna Jr. already lost for the year and Harris now out for an indefinite amount of time, don’t be surprised if the Braves aggressively pursue the trade market for help at the position. • Kevin Gausman surrenders three runs in loss
Kevin Gausman lost to the Guardians after allowing three runs in 5 1/3 innings on Friday.

Advice: Gausman’s velocity was well down for a second straight start tonight, even though he was working with an extra day off. It’s a definite cause for concern at this point; there’d be much more reason to expect Gausman to bounce back while throwing 94 mph than there is while he’s throwing 92. If there’s reason for optimism, it’s that’s he’s occasionally dealt with fluctuating velocity in the past. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:13 pm
    • Michael Harris leaves game with hamstring tightness
The Braves announced that Michael Harris II was pulled from Friday’s showdown against the Rays in the first inning due to left hamstring tightness.

Advice: That’s certainly what it looked like on the field, but it’s nice to receive confirmation from the team so quickly. He’ll head for further evaluation to determine the severity of the injury. If he’s forced to miss any extended time, we could see the Braves turn to the trade market to try to bring in some outside help — as Alex Anthopoulous has been known to do.
