  • Houck allows two earned runs as Red Sox top Jays
Tanner Houck allowed two earned runs over 5 2/3 innings in Tuesday’s win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Houck gave up two runs in the second after Ernie Clement laced a double to right to give the Blue Jays their first runs of the night. He would be pulled in the sixth after an RBI single by Isiah Kiner-Falefa, but things could’ve been much worse for Houck, who allowed nine baserunners on the evening while throwing 103 pitches. He’s allowed three earned runs or less in 14 of his 15 starts on the season and is scheduled to face the Jays in his next start, which comes on Monday. Rotoworld Today, 7:32 pm
  • Santander hits 18th homer as O’s fall to Yanks
Anthony Santander went 1-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Yankees.

Advice: Santander broke up a shutout in the ninth inning when he homered off Clay Holmes, who was brought on in a non-save situation. After getting off to a slow start, Santander has heated up in a big way as of late. The veteran right fielder is slashing .292/.347/.738 in the month of June with nine home runs and 16 RBI. • Considered day-to-day
Manager Brandon Hyde said that Westburg was diagnosed with a bruised left hip following Tuesday's loss to the Yankees, Jacob Calvin Meyer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Advice: Westburg collided with Juan Soto during the first inning of Tuesday's contest and eventually had to leave the game in the second. He appears to have avoided any significant damage, and it's possible he could return to Baltimore's lineup Wednesday without missing any games. Rotowire.com Today, 7:30 pm
  • Will Brennan has three hits in loss
Will Brennan went 3-for-5 with a run and an RBI in a loss to the Mariners on Tuesday.

Advice: Brennan is playing against all right-handed pitchers and is now 12-for-37 (.324) in 12 games in June. He has six home runs and three steals on the season, so he doesn’t bring tons of fantasy value to the table, but his consistent spot in the middle of the Guardians’ lineup gives him some value in deeper formats. • Jasson Domínguez out with oblique strain
Jasson Domínguez is dealing with an oblique strain.

Advice: Yankees manager Aaron Boone confirmed late Tuesday that Domínguez has been diagnosed with an oblique strain, which sent him to the minor league injured list over the weekend. The timing is really unfortunate for New York since there’s a possibility Aaron Judge could wind up requiring a trip to the injured list after being hit by a pitch on the left hand during Tuesday’s win over the Orioles. • Volpe drives in one as Yankees down Orioles
Anthony Volpe went 1-for-5 with one RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Orioles.

Advice: Volpe got the scoring started for the Yankees in the second inning when he singled to drive in Austin Wells from third. Volpe’s hit was one of just six hits the Yankees tallied on the evening, as they managed to draw six walks, with five coming against Orioles starter Albert Suárez. Rotoworld Today, 7:21 pm
  • Albert Suárez struggles in loss to Yankees
Albert Suárez allowed three earned runs over 3 2/3 innings while striking out three in Tuesday’s loss to the Yankees.

Advice: Suárez got through the first inning unscathed but ran into trouble in the second inning after a one-out walk to Gleyber Torres. Austin Wells doubled in the following at-bat and was eventually driven in by an Anthony Volpe double. He got out of the jam with just the one run allowed but kicked off the third inning by hitting Aaron Judge with a pitch and allowing a long single to Alex Verdugo. Giancarlo Stanton singled to drive home Judge. Suárez didn’t make it out of the fourth inning after being pulled with two outs following a walk to Stanton. Suárez walked a season-high five batters in this one. He’ll look to bounce back in his next start, which is set for Sunday against the Astros. Rotoworld Today, 7:18 pm
  • Nestor Cortes blanks O’s for six innings in win
Nestor Cortes pitched six scoreless innings while striking out six to earn the win on Tuesday against the Orioles.

Advice: Cortes needed 25 pitches to get through the first inning, thanks in part to back-to-back singles by Adley Rutschman and Ryan Mountcastle. He would eventually settle in to pitch six scoreless innings without walking a batter. The five hits Cortes allowed all came on singles as he did everything within reason to hold a powerful Orioles lineup in check. Cortes has been feisty at home all season and draws another home start on Sunday against the Braves. Rotoworld Today, 7:16 pm
  • Alexis Díaz earns 16th save on Tuesday
Alexis Díaz pitched a scoreless ninth inning to preserve a 2-1 win over the Pirates on Tuesday.

Advice: The save was Díaz’s 16th of the season and fifth in the month of June. It was a nice rebound from his tough outing against the Brewers last time out and Díaz has now thrown a scoreless inning in eight of his last 11 appearances. The bigger key for the 27-year-old was that he didn’t walk a batter in this outing, only the second time in June he’s accomplished that. He needs to keep the walks down if he’s going to continue having success at the end of games. Rotoworld Today, 7:15 pm
