    • Six-game hitting streak
Paredes went 2-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored Tuesday against the Marlins.

Advice: Paredes delivered a two-RBI single in the fifth inning and came around to score in the same frame. He extended his hitting streak to six games with the performance, driving in five and scoring four runs in that span. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:47 pm

    • Blaze Alexander goes 3-for-4 in Diamondbacks’ win
Blaze Alexander went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored as the Diamondbacks bested the Giants 8-5 on Tuesday.

Advice: Alexander was an afterthought in May, but he’s started four straight games to open June and gone 8-for-16 to push his average up to .296. The Diamondbacks clearly aren’t sold on him as an option at shortstop and they have Geraldo Perdomo coming back anyway, so Alexander has to hit to force Torey Lovullo to use him. It’s working right now, but as soon as he turns in a couple of 0-for-4s, he’ll probably head back to the bench. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:51 pm
    • Drives in five vs. Marlins
Lowe went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer, a two-run double and two total runs scored in Tuesday's 9-5 win over Miami.

Advice: It was a big night for Lowe in his first start this year against a left-hander -- the second baseman tied the game 3-3 with a three-run homer off Jesus Luzardo in the fourth inning before adding two more RBI with a double in the fifth. The home run was the second of the season for Lowe, his first since March 29, after spending over a month on the IL with an oblique injury. He's now slashing .203/.320/.406 with 13 RBI and eight runs scored across 75 plate appearances on the campaign. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:26 pm
    • Josh Rojas goes 3-for-5 in Mariners’ victory
Josh Rojas finished 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI versus the A’s on Tuesday.

Advice: It’s the first three-hit game for Rojas since May 5, when he raised his average to .360. He’s hit just .229/.275/.282 in 85 plate appearances since that date, but it’s been enough to keep him starting against righties for now. The Mariners could reevaluate that after Jorge Polanco returns. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:25 pm

    • Keeps surging Tuesday
Gorman went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 8-5 loss to the Astros.

Advice: Gorman has upped the power over the last week with six homers and 10 RBI over his last seven contests. That's still come with a swing-and-miss risk, as he's struck out 10 times in that span, but that's of little concern when he's making the most of whatever contact he gets. The second baseman is up to 14 homers, 31 RBI, 28 runs scored, two stolen bases, eight doubles and a .235/.320/.508 slash line through 206 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:10 pm

    • Lifts first homer of campaign
Sosa went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Tuesday's 7-6 loss to the Cubs.

Advice: Sosa was able to check off his first multi-hit game and his first homer of the season in the same contest. He's gone 4-for-10 with a walk and two strikeouts over four games since he was recalled from Triple-A Charlotte. Sosa is slashing .188/.235/.292 with three RBI, three runs scored and two doubles over 52 plate appearances in the majors this season. He's started three straight games at third base and will likely only need to outplay Danny Mendick to stick at the hot corner in the near term. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:44 pm

    • Powers team to win
Morel went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional run scored in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Morel launched his 11th home run of the season and second in the last five games in the sixth inning to spark the Cubs' comeback victory. The 24-year-old has been a bit all or nothing this year, as he's batting just .201; however, his power potential alone should keep him in Chicago's lineup most days and gives him fantasy upside, which he flashed last season with 26 long balls in only 388 at-bats. • Morel hits 11th homer of season vs. White Sox
Christopher Morel went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s win over the White Sox.

Advice: Morel hit his 11th home run of the season in the sixth inning off White Sox reliever Justin Anderson. After putting Cody Bellinger on first via a hit-by-pitch, Anderson hung a breaking ball to Morel, who blasted it 423 feet to deep left-center while cutting the White Sox’s lead to 5-3. In typical feast-or-famine fashion, Morel is now hitting .201 on the year with 16 extra-base hits and 37 RBI. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:28 pm
    • Lifts first career homer
Norby went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during Tuesday's 10-1 win over Toronto.

Advice: After going 0-for-3 with a pair of strikeouts in his debut, Norby collected the first hit of his career on a two-run home run off Nate Pearson in the eighth inning Tuesday. As one of the top prospects in a loaded Orioles farm system, Norby has a bright future, but he could make some noise now with Jorge Mateo (concussion) on the 7-day IL. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:22 pm
