      Advice: Singer also issued three walks on a rainy evening in Kansas City while punching out four opposing hitters. The only run that scored against him came in the second inning as Richie Palacios scampered home on a wild pitch with two outs in the inning. The 27-year-old right-hander got 15 swings and misses on 88 pitches on the night — 10 of those on his slider — while posting a strong CSW of 32 percent.
