      Oswaldo Cabrera swatted a two-run homer off of Corbin Burnes on Wednesday night, powering the Yankees to a 2-0 victory over the Orioles in Baltimore.

      Advice: Cabrera accounted for the only scoring for either team in the ballgame, poking a 352-foot (103.3 mph EV) two-out, two-run homer just over the wall in right field and just inside the foul pole to give the Yankees a 2-0 lead in the fifth inning. He also singled in the ballgame and swiped a base, finishing the night 2-for-3.       Spencer Steer clobbered a solo homer on Wednesday in the Reds’ loss to the Padres.

      Advice: Steer kicked off the scoring with a solo shot to left-center field -- his fourth round-tripper of the season -- off Padres starter Joe Musgrove in the opening frame. It was the first time he’s gone deep since April 6, snapping a bizarre 22-game homerless drought.       Steer started at first base and went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and an RBI in Sunday's 4-3 loss to Texas.

      Advice: Steer moved from his usual left field to first base, replacing the injured Christian Encarnacion-Strand (hand). The run batted in was just his second in the last 14 games, but Speer continues to the lead the club with 20 RBI through 28 games. The steal was his seventh, nearly half of the 15 he had over 156 games in 2023.
