    • Jazz Chisholm Jr. returns to lineup on Saturday
Jazz Chisholm Jr. (hand) is back in the lineup for Saturday’s game against the Phillies.

Advice: Chisholm is back in center field and leading in the wake of a one-game absence from Friday’s game against the Phillies after taking a 93 mph fastball from lefty Matt Strahm off his right hand during Thursday’s series opener. X-rays came back negative for any fractures and it doesn’t seem like he’s going to miss any additional time moving forward. The 26-year-old has been remarkably durable this season, managing to play through several minor physical ailments. Rotoworld Today, 9:53 am
    • Idle vs. southpaw Saturday
Horwitz is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Yankees.

Advice: Horwitz will begin Saturday's game in the dugout with the Yankees sending southpaw Nestor Cortes to the mound. Horwitz went 1-for-4 in Friday's 16-5 loss to the Yankees, and for the season he's slashing .340/.484/.500 with two home runs and six RBI over 64 plate appearances. Isiah Kiner-Falefa will start at second base Saturday and bat second. Rotowire.com Today, 8:33 am
    • Excellent production continues
Altuve went 2-for-5 with a double and a solo home run Friday against the Mets.

Advice: Altuve recorded his fourth consecutive multi-hit game and has maintained a .337 average across 23 games in June. His power has picked up of late, as he's now popped three homers in his last 10 starts while also swiping four bags in that span. Rotowire.com Today, 6:48 am
    • Smacks homer in loss
Ramirez went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 10-3 loss to the Royals.

Advice: Ramirez is up to six homers and 16 RBI over 21 contests in June while hitting .294 (25-for-85) for the month. The third baseman opened the scoring Friday, but the Royals poured on seven runs before the Guardians had a response. Overall, Ramirez continues to provide elite all-around production with 22 homers, 73 RBI, 62 runs scored, 15 stolen bases and a .278/.332/.547 slash line through 77 contests. • No-decision against former club
Stroman came away with a no-decision in Friday's 16-5 rout of the Blue Jays, giving up three runs on five hits and three walks over 4.1 innings. He struck out three.

Advice: The veteran right-hander made his big-league debut with the Jays in 2014 and had trouble keeping his composure in his return to Toronto, getting the hook after 88 pitches (52 strikes) and not sticking around long enough to benefit from a season-best offensive explosion by the Yankees. Stroman completed six innings only once in five June starts, but on the year he still sports a 3.29 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 70:43 K:BB through 95.2 innings. He'll look to bounce back in his next outing, which lines up to come at home next week against the Reds. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:28 pm
    • Marcus Stroman yanked in fifth inning
Marcus Stroman allowed three earned runs across 4 1/3 innings on Friday against the Blue Jays. He struck out three, walked three in a no-decision.

Advice: Stroman labored through two very long innings against the Blue Jays. He could not put them away despite not allowing much hard contact and many long-at bats drove his pitch count up. Stroman’s strikeouts have sunk this year while he’s allowing more walks showing diminished velocity overall. His 3.29 ERA may be a bit of a mirage. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:37 pm
    • Carves up Pirates in victory
Morton (5-4) earned the win Friday against Pittsburgh, throwing 6.1 scoreless innings with seven strikeouts. He allowed three hits and one walk.

Advice: The 40-year-old looked sharp over a 104-pitch outing, generating 15 whiffs -- including seven on his curveball alone -- to collect seven punchouts. Morton wrapped a successful June, firing a 3.10 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 28:13 K:BB across 29 innings. The Atlanta right-hander is slated to face the Giants at home in his next start. • Charlie Morton excellent against Pirates in win
Charlie Morton held the Pirates scoreless through 6 1/3 innings on Friday in a 6-1 win. He struck out seven and walked one.

Advice: Morton made his old team pay on Friday night as he dropped curveball after curveball on Pittsburgh’s lineup. This was also the first time Morton walked one or fewer since May 10th against the Mets (pre-Grimace) as he flashed especially good command with his sparsely thrown cutter. • Idle Friday
Jeffers is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Mariners.

Advice: Jeffers and Christian Vazquez have alternated catching duties throughout most of June, with Friday being Vazquez's turn behind the dish. Jeffers owns a .802 OPS and a career-best 20.8 percent K rate this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:12 pm
