    • Notches 10th save
Iglesias allowed a run on a hit and a walk in the ninth inning Friday to earn a save against the Mets.

Advice: Iglesias coughed up an RBI single to Pete Alonso with two outs in the ninth but was able to close out the 4-2 victory. The right-hander has converted 10 of his 12 save chances this year while posting a 10:4 K:BB through 15.1 innings. Friday was the first time he'd allowed an earned run since April 24, and he owns a strong 2.25 ERA. Rotowire.com Friday, 8:30 pm
    • Raisel Iglesias earns shaky save over Mets
Raisel Iglesias closed out the Mets for his 10th save of the season Friday despite allowing an earned run.

Advice: Results wise, Iglesias has been great this season with a 2.35 ERA. There’s some fear of regression though with a paltry 16.1 K%, by far the lowest of his career. A.J. Minter has faltered out of the gate, so Iglesias still likely has a firm hold on Atlanta’s closer role. Rotoworld Friday, 7:48 pm
    • Back on track with sixth save
Estevez retired all three batters he faced with two strikeouts to earn the save Wednesday against the Pirates.

Advice: The right-hander pitched a scoreless ninth Tuesday in a blowout victory in his first appearance of May, which gives him back-to-back scoreless appearances after he gave up six runs over his previous four outings. Estevez has converted six of eight save chances and has an ugly 5.06 ERA over 10.2 innings this season, but a 0.84 WHIP and 13:0 K:BB are encouraging. His status as the Angels' closer should be stable for now. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 12:53 pm
    • Carlos Estévez perfect in earning sixth save
Carlos Estévez worked a perfect ninth against the Pirates for his sixth save Wednesday.

Advice: Estévez had given up six runs in his previous five appearances, but he had an easy time today, striking out two of the three batters he faced. This was his second straight day pitching, so he’ll probably need Thursday off. That could create a save chance for Luis García. Rotoworld Wednesday, 12:20 pm
    • Picks up 12th save
Finnegan struck out one batter during a perfect ninth inning to pick up the save Tuesday against Baltimore.

Advice: Finnegan has been one of the most reliable closers in the big leagues this season, and he now leads the majors after picking up his 12th save Tuesday. The 32-year-old right-hander owns a 1.76 ERA and 0.85 WHIP, and he's struck out 15 batters across 15.1 innings on the year. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 11:02 am
    • Nabs ninth save
Iglesias struck out one in a perfect ninth inning Tuesday to record his ninth save of the season in a 4-2 win over the Red Sox.

Advice: The right-hander topped out at 97.1 mph as he bounced back from a blown save in his last appearance Friday. Iglesias hasn't been as dominant as usual to begin the season, managing a 10:3 K:BB through 14.1 innings, but his 1.88 ERA and 0.98 WHIP have been stellar. With his velocity finally getting back to normal as the weather warms up, more strikeouts could soon follow. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:32 am
    • Battles control in no-decision
Lopez came away with a no-decision in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Red Sox, allowing two runs (one earned) on six hits and four walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out five.

Advice: The four free passes were a season high for Lopez, who tossed 54 of 91 pitches for strikes before exiting. The right-hander has failed to last six innings in either of his last two outings after beginning the season with four straight quality starts, but he still sports a 1.53 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 36:14 K:BB through 35.1 innings. He'll look to tighten things up in his next start, which lines up to come at home early next week against the Cubs. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:28 am

    • Iglesias earns ninth save in win over Red Sox
Raisel Iglesias earned his ninth save of the season in Tuesday’s win over the Red Sox.

Advice: Iglesias retired all three batters he faced to earn his ninth save of the season and help snap the Braves’ three-game skid. It was a much-needed win over a beatable team after the Braves dropped all three games on the road against the Dodgers, as Iglesias is now 9-for-11 in save opportunities on the season. • Reynaldo López strikes out 5 vs. Red Sox
Reynaldo López allowed one earned run and six hits over 5 1/3 innings in the Braves’ 4-2 win over the Red Sox.

Advice: López was solid through five innings, but three walks in the sixth – one of which walked in the Red Sox first run of the night – led to him being replaced by Aaron Bummer. He would only be charged with one earned run before the inning finally ended. López scattered six hits across his outing, and pitched his way out of a dicey first inning to leave two runners stranded. López has allowed three runs or fewer in each of his six starts this season, and will look to earn his first win of May on Monday against the Cubs. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:05 pm
