    Advice: Lowe had been set to return from his oblique strain last weekend but was delayed after experiencing right hamstring tightness in a game at Durham. However, the feeling is that it was just a minor setback and he has been cleared to return to game action.     Advice: It’s been a frustrating process for the Rays and fantasy managers who have Lowe rostered. The 26-year-old outfielder was supposed to be activated from the injured list this past weekend, but hamstring tightness while rehabbing delayed his return. Lowe will rehab with Durham on Thursday and will be evaluated on a day-to-day basis. Cash noted that Siri's thigh soreness wasn't a result of the fight but rather from being hit by a pitch in the sixth inning, though he was initially able to stay in the game and made one more plate appearance prior to his ejection.
