    • Homers in three-hit game
Torkelson went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, a double and two additional runs scored in Sunday's 14-11 victory over Toronto.

Advice: Torkelson entered this game in an 0-for-19 slump but broke out in a big way, registering his first three-hit game since April 19. The 24-year-old took Blue Jays starter Yusei Kikuchi deep in the fourth inning, his fourth home run over his past 13 games. On the season, the 2020 No. 1 draft pick is batting .218 with four home runs, 18 RBI and 24 runs scored in 50 games played. Rotowire.com Sunday, 2:22 pm

    • Not starting Sunday
Campusano is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Yankees.

Advice: Campusano will rest Sunday after starting in the first two games of the series, going 0-for-5 with two walks. Kyle Higashioka will start behind the plate and bat ninth against Yankees right-hander Clarke Schmidt. Rotowire.com Sunday, 12:50 pm
    • Spencer Torkelson goes 3-for-5, homers
Spencer Torkelson finished 3-for-5 with a homer and a double against the Blue Jays on Sunday.

Advice: Torkelson didn’t play Saturday after going hitless in his previous five games. Still, this makes four homers in 13 games for him after he went his first 37 games without one. The problem is that he has just six other hits in those 13 games, and his average has actually dropped a bit during the span. He’s at .218/.286/.358 for the season. Rotoworld Sunday, 12:27 pm

    • Resting Sunday
Buxton is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rangers.

Advice: Buxton looks to be getting a breather for the series finale after he had started in each of the past five games while going 5-for-20 with two home runs and one walk. Willi Castro will cover center field in Buxton's stead. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:22 am
    • Byron Buxton gets Sunday off against Rangers
Byron Buxton is not starting Sunday against the Rangers.

Advice: Buxton went 1-for-7 with a double over the first two games of the series. He’ll get a day of rest with Willi Castro getting the start in center field. Rotoworld Sunday, 8:02 am
    • Shohei Ohtani (hamstring) in lineup Sunday vs. CIN
Shohei Ohtani (hamstring) is in the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Reds.

Advice: Ohtani will get the start as he continues to play through the right hamstring contusion. The 29-year-old didn’t look at 100 percent while picking up a triple during Saturday’s contest, but it’s obviously a positive to see that he’s able to play through the issue. • Remains in lineup Sunday
Ohtani will serve as the Dodgers' designated hitter and No. 2 batter in Sunday's game against the Reds.

Advice: Though manager Dave Roberts disclosed after Saturday's 3-1 loss that Ohtani has been managing a bruised hamstring of late, the 29-year-old still served as the Dodgers' DH for all nine innings of the contest, going 1-for-4 with a triple and three strikeouts. According to Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register, Ohtani wasn't running at full speed when he legged out the triple, and while the hamstring issue doesn't look as though it'll cost him any starts, it could result in his stolen-base opportunities being more limited in the short term. Ohtani has gone a perfect 13-for-13 in stolen-base attempts through his first 52 games of the season. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:41 am

    • Shohei Ohtani playing through hamstring bruise
Shohei Ohtani is playing through a right hamstring contusion.

Advice: The Athletic’s Fabian Ardaya adds that the Dodgers are managing Ohtani’s lingering issue, which he suffered during their last homestand when he was hit by a pickoff throw, by placing a “governor” on him while running the bases. The restriction became apparent when the 29-year-old cruised around the bases at less than full speed on his sixth-inning triple during Saturday’s contest against the Reds. It doesn’t sound like a serious concern moving forward, but it’s certainly an issue fantasy managers should continue monitoring. Ohtani has been phenomenal in his Los Angeles debut so far, currently leads the majors with a .338 batting average along with 13 homers and 13 steals through 52 games. • Playing with bruised hamstring
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Saturday that Ohtani has been playing with a bruised right hamstring in recent days, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Ohtani was hit in the leg by a pickoff throw during the team's last homestand and has been instructed to not exert full effort on the bases for the time being. The issue hasn't caused him to miss any games, and at this point, Ohtani doesn't look as though he'll be subject to any days off. Rotowire.com Saturday, 7:25 pm
