    • Kwan has two-hit game in win over Royals Saturday
Steven Kwan went 2-for-5 with a run scored against the Royals on Saturday.

Advice: Kwan had only one hit in his last three games, but bounced back with a two-hit game in Kansas City. Kwan has scored 49 runs in 55 games this year. He’s hitting .371 with a .969 OPS and 24 RBI on the season. Rotoworld 37 minutes ago

    • Starting Sunday
Castillo will start Sunday's game against the Twins, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Castillo was initially projected to start Tuesday at Baltimore but with Bryan Woo (hamstring) hitting the IL, Castillo will pitch Sunday on four days rest. The 31-year-old has surrendered four or more runs in three of his last four starts but owns a 3.79 ERA over 99.2 innings on the year. Rotowire.com 41 minutes ago
    • Michael King bounces back with six strong in win
Michael King held the Red Sox to one run over six innings with six strikeouts while picking up a win Saturday.

Advice: King didn’t have to be at his best with Tanner Houck faltering, but he was pretty close to it, anyway. The right-hander gave up a solo homer to Jarren Duran, and that was it in terms of scoring blemishes. King has been fairly up-and-down in his first year with the Padres, but there have been enough quality starts like this one to keep the optimism going. He’s scheduled to face the Diamondbacks next weekend. Rotoworld 55 minutes ago
    • Justin Steele allows three over six against MIL
Justin Steele allowed three runs in six innings of work in a no-decision versus the Brewers on Saturday.

Advice: Once again, Steele wasn’t able to pick up a win, and he remains without a W in the 2024 campaign. He allowed seven hits in this outing while not issuing a walk and striking out five. While the lack of wins is frustrating, it’s more an example of how flawed the stat is, as he’s pitched well in 2024 with a 3.20 ERA and 70/16 K/BB over 70 1/3 innings. Steele’s next chance to grab a victory is scheduled for Friday against the Angels. Rotoworld 59 minutes ago
    • Aaron Judge reaches three times against Jays
Aaron Judge went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a walk against the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Advice: Judge knocked a base hit in the first inning, then drew an intentional walk in the third. With another single in the fifth, Judge drove in the first run of the game for New York. The 32-year-old slugger is slashing an MVP-esque .313/.434/.700 with 30 homers, 64 RBI, and 80 RBI across 365 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 3:04 pm

    • Paul Goldschmidt slugs solo homer in loss
Paul Goldschmidt went 1-for-4 with a solo homer against the Reds on Saturday.

Advice: Goldschmidt took Carson Spiers deep for a solo homer in the sixth inning for his only hit of the game as the Cardinals fell to the Reds. The 36-year-old slugger is up to 11 homers while slashing .228/.298/.367 with 39 runs scored, 33 RBI, and four steals across 344 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 2:26 pm

    • Luis Robert Jr. blasts solo homer in victory
Luis Robert Jr. went 1-for-4 with a solo homer, two runs scored, and a walk against the Rockies on Saturday.

Advice: Robert Jr. led off the sixth inning with a game-tying solo homer off Cal Quantrill, his nine homer of the season and seventh in June. He then drew a walk to lead off the eighth and scored on a base hit by Andrew Vaughn. Robert struck out to end the same frame as Chicago hit around the order. Despite the power surge this month, the 26-year-old outfielder is hitting .207/.285/.505 with 13 RBI and three steals across 123 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 1:55 pm

    • Out of lineup Saturday
McCormick is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Mets.

Advice: McCormick went 0-for-1 with one walk and one strikeout before being pinch hit by Jon Singleton in the sixth inning of Friday's 7-2 loss to New York. With McCormick starting Saturday's game in the dugout, Singleton will start at first base while Mauricio Dubon shifts to right field against Mets right-hander Tylor Megill. • Collects three hits Friday
Judge went 3-for-5 with three runs and two RBI in a 16-5 win against the Blue Jays on Friday.

Advice: It was unusual for Judge rack up three hits without any that went for extra bases -- coming into Friday, 54 of his 88 hits on the season had been of the extra-base variety. Nonetheless, the slugger's ninth-inning, two-run single resulted in his recording of at least one RBI for the sixth time over his past 10 contests. Judge has been red-hot over that stretch, slashing .382/.462/.853 with five home runs, 16 RBI and nine runs scored. Rotowire.com Today, 7:20 am
