    • Lifts another homer
Naylor went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Tuesday's 11-7 loss to the Tigers.

Advice: Naylor has gone 6-for-24 with three homers and seven RBI over his last seven contests. He was swinging a hot bat earlier in the season, but he's traded a bit of contact for more power in recent weeks. Naylor is slashing .276/.364/.553 with nine homers, 28 RBI, 18 runs scored, seven doubles and two steals over 34 games. With top prospect Kyle Manzardo slumping to begin his major-league career, Naylor should continue to play on a near-everyday basis between first base and designated hitter. • Brewers activate Christian Yelich from 10-day IL
Brewers activated Christian Yelich (back) from the 10-day injured list.

Advice: Yelich is back in the lineup for the Brewers on Wednesday after he was sidelined for the last three weeks. The 32-year-old outfielder is off to a good start this season slashing .333/.422/.744 with five home runs and 11 RBI in his first 11 games. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:44 am

    • Activated, starting Wednesday
The Brewers reinstated Yelich (back) from the 10-day injured list Wednesday. He'll serve as the Brewers' designated hitter and will bat third in the team's series finale in Kansas City.

Advice: Milwaukee optioned infielder Tyler Black to Triple-A Nashville to clear room on the 26-man active roster for Yelich, who had been on the shelf since April 16 with a lower-back strain. Despite missing well beyond the minimum 10 days, Yelich will return to the lineup without having gone on a minor-league rehab assignment, as the Brewers were encouraged enough with how his back responded to baseball activities over the past few days to activate him. He'll be eased back into action in a non-defensive role, and Yelich could end up seeing more work at DH over the next week or two before gradually settling into his usual spot in left field. • Stymies Rockies at Coors
Harrison (3-1) earned the win over the Rockies on Tuesday, tossing seven shutout innings while allowing four hits and two walks. He struck out two.

Advice: Harrison twirled another gem Tuesday night, this time in hitter-friendly Coors Field. He tossed a career-best seven scoreless frames and has now allowed just one run over his last 18 innings pitched. Harrison battled control issues in Triple-A, but he seems to have shrugged off any concerns thus far. Through eight starts, Harrison has gone at least six innings and issued two or fewer walks five times. He's now down to a 3.20 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 40:12 K:BB in 45 innings and projects for a matchup at home against the Reds over the weekend. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:09 am
    • Mashes grand slam in win
Muncy went 2-for-4 with a grand slam and two runs scored in Tuesday's 8-2 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Muncy quickly put the Dodgers ahead with a first-inning grand slam off of Edward Cabrera. It was his sixth career grand slam and fourth home run in his last three games, as he now has eight RBI over that span. Muncy is currently hitting .263, which is well above his career average, and overall is slashing .263/.370/.570 with nine homers, 26 RBI, 22 runs and a 19:40 BB:K in 138 plate appearances. • Max Muncy delivers grand slam in Dodgers’ win
Max Muncy went 2-for-4 and hit a grand slam Tuesday against the Marlins.

Advice: It was his sixth career slam and fourth homer in three games. A career .228 hitter, Munch is at .263 right now, even though his strikeout rate is higher than usual and his exit velocity numbers are pretty typical. He’ll surely continue to put up excellent power numbers, but one should probably expect an average around .220 the rest of the way. Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:56 pm

    • Kyle Harrison combines on shutout of Rockies
Kyle Harrison pitched four-hit ball for seven innings and combined with two relievers on a 5-0 shutout of the Rockies on Tuesday.

Advice: Ryan Walker and Camilo Doval, who hadn’t pitched in five days, finished up the Giants’ shutout. Harrison struck out just two tonight and gave up a pair of 390-foot flies to Ezequiel Tovar and Jordan Beck, but he was never stressed. The win moves him to 3-1 with a 3.20 ERA. He’ll work at home against the Reds on Sunday. Rotoworld Tuesday, 8:41 pm
    • Naylor hits ninth homer in loss Tuesday
Josh Naylor went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in the loss to the Tigers on Tuesday.

Advice: Naylor continues to rake as he improved his average to .276 and his OPS to .917 with his ninth home run Tuesday. He seems poised to cruise past his career-high 20 home runs this season. Naylor’s .276 ISO this season is 100 points above his career .176 ISO. He now has 28 RBI in 34 games. Rotoworld Tuesday, 6:08 pm

    • Battling illness
Moreno isn't in the Diamondbacks' lineup Tuesday against the Reds due to an illness, Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic reports.

Advice: Manager Torey Lovullo said Moreno will be available off the bench Tuesday, but the Diamondbacks will likely do everything they can to give him the day off to rest. Tucker Barnhart is starting behind the plate and batting eighth in Moreno's place. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 3:24 pm
