    • Bo Bichette collects RBI in loss to Athletics
      Bo Bichette went 2-for-4 with an RBI on Friday in the Blue Jays’ loss to the Athletics.

      Advice: Bichette got Toronto on the scoreboard in the seventh inning with a run-scoring single off Athletics reliever Austin Adams following a leadoff double from Vladimir Guerrero Jr. The 26-year-old shortstop has struggled this season to a lackluster .238 batting average to go along with just 19 runs scored, four homers, 26 RBI and four steals across 60 contests.       Merrill went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 10-3 win over the Diamondbacks.

      Advice: This was Merrill's first steal since May 14. Over the 20 contests between thefts, he hit a meager .224 (15-for-67) with no walks and just one extra-base hit. The 21-year-old still has a respectable .268/.303/.344 slash line with three home runs, 22 RBI, 24 runs scored and eight steals over 63 contests this year. Merrill has been benched against some left-handed pitchers recently, but he should have no trouble maintaining a majority of the playing time in center field over Jose Azocar.       Castro started at second base and went 0-for-2 with a walk in Tuesday's loss against the Yankees.

      Advice: Castro has played several positions this season and has moved frequently during games, but he's now set to start mostly at second base due to Edouard Julien being sent to Triple-A. He'll likely soon accumulate enough games at second base (three games played at second this season) to qualify at another position in most formats.       Advice: The Twins struggled to sustain offense against Seth Lugo and the Royals’ bullpen as Castro was the only member of the lineup with multiple hits.
