    • Back in Colorado lineup
Doyle (knee) will start in center field and bat leadoff in Monday's game against the Dodgers.

Advice: Doyle missed the previous two contests with left patella tendinitis but is feeling well enough to give it a go Monday. The center fielder has collected a .732 OPS with five home runs and 18 stolen bases this season for the Rockies. Rotowire.com 5 minutes ago
    • Out of Toronto lineup
Horwitz is not in the lineup for Monday's game versus the Red Sox.

Advice: Horwitz had started each of the last seven games versus right-handers upon his promotion and batted either first or second in all of those contests, but he will begin this one on the bench as the Red Sox sent righty Nick Pivetta to the hill. Davis Schneider gets the call at second base Monday, with Daulton Varsho handling left field and Kevin Kiermaier center. Rotowire.com 10 minutes ago
    • Sitting against lefty
Peralta is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Peralta will hit the bench for the series opener while the Phillies bring southpaw Cristopher Sanchez to the hill. Now that Manny Machado is back to playing third base again after he had previously made four consecutive starts at designated hitter following his return from a four-game absence due to a strained hip flexor, Peralta should have a regular spot in the lineup at DH when the Padres face right-handed pitchers. • Sitting against lefty again
Campusano is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: The Padres seem to have opted for a de facto platoon at catcher of late, even though both Campusano and Kyle Higashioka are right-handed hitters. Higashioka will stick in the lineup Monday for the fourth time in the Padres' last five matchups with lefties, while Campusano will take a seat. Campusano should still see the bulk of the playing time behind the dish as the Padres' preferred option against righties. Rotowire.com 13 minutes ago
    • Held out again Monday
Bichette (calf) remains out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Red Sox.

Advice: It will be the third straight start Bichette has missed as he battles a right calf injury. He had reported improvement Sunday, so it's looking like Bichette will have a good shot to avoid the injured list. However, he will yield to Isiah Kiner-Falefa at shortstop again Monday while Ernie Clement occupies the hot corner. Rotowire.com 16 minutes ago

    • Phillies demote Johan Rojas to Triple-A
Phillies optioned OF Johan Rojas to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.

Advice: Rojas is probably still the Phillies’ best center field option in spite of his .566 OPS, but it’d be nice if he were better and playing in Triple-A — something he’s actually never done before — might allow him to work on his approach in a way he couldn’t at the major league level. This also allows the Phillies to retain David Dahl, Cristian Pache and Whit Merrifield, none of whom can be optioned. Dahl will likely play left field against righties, with Brandon Marsh moving back to center. Rotoworld 16 minutes ago

    • Michael Wacha will begin a rehab assignment
Royals RHP Michael Wacha (foot) will begin a rehab assignment on Monday in the Arizona Complex League.

Advice: Wacha was hit in the foot by a comebacker on May 31st and was placed on the IL with a fracture a couple of days later. He threw a three-inning simulated game last Thursday and reported no issues, so he’ll step up to a short rehab start and continue to work his way back from there. Provided his foot responds well to this start, he could quickly move through the rehab process. Rotoworld 17 minutes ago
    • Back in big leagues
The Pirates recalled Jefferies from Triple-A Indianapolis on Monday, Kevin Gorman of TribLive.com reports.

Advice: Jefferies has been bludgeoned for 13 runs (nine earned) over 4.2 innings covering one start and one relief appearance with the Pirates this season. He's headed to the bullpen, where he will provide length. Rotowire.com 20 minutes ago
    • Michael Massey starting rehab at AAA
Royals 2B Michael Massey (back) will begin a rehab assignment Tuesday night with Triple-A Omaha.

Advice: Massey has been sidelined with a back injury since May 26th. The 26-year-old has had two instances of the same back injury this season, and this most recent one required an anti-inflammatory injection, which is not great news. However, he does seem to be on the way back, which is good news for the Royals and fantasy managers. He should slot right back into an everyday role when he returns, but it might take him at least a week to get to that point. Rotoworld 21 minutes ago
