    • Triceps tightness keeps Senga from mound session
Kodai Senga did not throw his scheduled bullpen session Monday because of triceps tightness.

Advice: Senga isn’t being shut down; the Mets are still hoping to have him on the mound later this week. All of these little setbacks he’s having as he tries to return from a shoulder injury are very concerning, and it doesn’t really seem like he’s someone to count on at this point. Still, it’s not hopeless just yet. Rotoworld Today, 2:10 pm

    • Dealing with triceps tightness
Senga did not throw a scheduled bullpen session Sunday due to right triceps tightness, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Senga had seemingly been making good progress recently as he works his way back from a right posterior shoulder capsule strain, but he's now encountered another speed bump. The hope is that he'll be ready to throw off the mound later this week, but certainly the Mets will wait until the right-hander is pain-free before he resumes a throwing program. • Earns unconventional save
Romano picked up a save Sunday against Tampa Bay, striking out the only batter he faced during the 5-2 win.

Advice: Romano was pushed into the save chance after Zach Pop surrendered a two-run home run and then gave up a single to Richie Palacios with two outs in the ninth. Romano got Jonny DeLuca to go down swinging to close out the victory and notch his seventh save of the campaign. Across 11.0 innings, Romano owns a 4.91 ERA with one blown save and a 10:3 K:BB. • Blasts first homer
Berti went 2-for-3 with a three-run home run Sunday against the White Sox.

Advice: Berti's first homer of the season came off White Sox starter Chris Flexen with two outs and two men on in the fourth. It was the first extra-base hit of the season for Berti, who is now hitting .277 after entering the contest batting .250 through 44 at-bats. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:05 pm

    • Strikes out 11 in win
Burnes (4-2) earned the win Sunday against the Mariners, allowing one run on seven hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out 11.

Advice: Unlike his previous four outings where the Orioles scored a total of four runs, Burnes received five runs of support through the first three innings, allowing him to cruise to the victory. The increase in strikeouts was also a good sign for Burnes, who had tallied no more than six in his previous eight starts since accumulating 11 on Opening Day. Burnes will carry a 2.56 ERA and 1.04 WHIP into his next start, when he's slated to toe the rubber in a highly favorable matchup on the road against the White Sox. • Jon Berti hits three-run homer versus White Sox
Jon Berti went 2-for-3 and hit a three-run homer versus the White Sox in Sunday’s win.

Advice: Berti’s first extra-base hit in 47 at-bats this season was a 366-foot fly that would have been a homer in two ballparks. We’d say the Yankees would have been better off playing him over Oswaldo Cabrera in recent weeks, but it hasn’t mattered much, and DJ LeMahieu is about to trump both players. • Corbin Burnes fans 11 in defeating Mariners
Corbin Burnes fanned 11 while allowing one run in six innings Sunday as the Orioles bested the Mariners 6-3.

Advice: Burnes matched his season-high for strikeouts; he also fanned 11 on Opening Day. Oddly, he hasn’t struck out more than six in any of his other eight starts. Still, he’s been plenty successful in amassing a 2.56 ERA to date. The win today was his first since April 20. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:54 pm

    • Jordan Romano nails down seventh save
Jordan Romano struck out the only batter he faced on Sunday to earn the save.

Advice: Romano came on for the last out of the game after Zach Pop allowed a two-run homer to Isaac Paredes and closed the door. Strikeouts have lagged for Romano since returning from the IL and his hold on the closer role could become shaky with Yimi Garcia’s breakout. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:42 pm
    • Justin Turner not in starting lineup Sunday
Justin Turner is out of the starting lineup against the Rays on Sunday.

Advice: Turner will take a seat for the finale against the Rays with Daniel Vogelbach lined up as the designated hitter and hitting fifth. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:02 am
