    • Launches first homer of 2024
Kelenic went 2-for-2 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Red Sox.

Advice: His third-inning shot off Kutter Crawford got Atlanta on the board, and gave Kelenic his first long ball of the season. Despite the lack of power, the 24-year-old has generally been hitting well in his strong-side platoon role, slashing .280/.333/.373 in 81 plate appearances. Only one of those PAs has come against a southpaw, but with Adam Duvall scuffling so far (.220/.310/.380 in 58 PAs), Kelenic might get more opportunities against same-handed pitching if he heats up. • Moved down to sixth spot
Bichette will start at shortstop and bat sixth in Wednesday's contest in Philadelphia.

Advice: Bichette had already been dropped down in the Blue Jays' batting order in recent days, and the No. 6 spot is the lowest he has hit since August 2022. The 26-year-old is just 3-for-40 over his last 11 games to drag his season batting line down to an ugly .189/.246/.268. Rotowire.com 18 minutes ago

    • Sharp in second win
Eflin (2-4) picked up the win in Tuesday's 5-1 victory over the White Sox, allowing one run on six hits over seven innings. He struck out three without walking a batter.

Advice: The right-hander put together his longest outing of the season, throwing an efficient 94 pitches (65 strikes) and blanking Chicago for six innings before Paul DeJong touched him up for a solo shot in the seventh. The quality start was Eflin's fourth of the season in eight trips to the mound, and he'll take a 3.75 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 39:4 K:BB through 48 innings into his next start, which is scheduled to come early next week in Boston. • Goes deep Tuesday
Chisholm went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: Chisholm wasted no time getting the Marlins on the board, sending the first pitch of the game deep to right field for his fifth home run of the year. With Luis Arraez shipped off to San Diego, Chisholm has now batted leadoff in each of the last three games, going 5-for-12 with two RBI, four runs and three steals. Chisholm is expected to remain in the leadoff role on a regular basis against right-handed pitching, per Christina De Nicola of MLB.com. He's now slashing .243/.322/.412 with 12 extra-base hits, 20 RBI, 17 runs and a 16:39 BB:K in 152 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 4:26 am
    • Big day at plate in win
Alonso went 2-for-5 with a home run, a double, three RBI and two runs scored in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Cardinals.

Advice: Alonso finally showed some signs of life at the plate Tuesday night after breaking out of a slump. Before his two-RBI double in the fifth, Alonso had one hit over his last 41 at-bats. He later followed things up with a huge insurance home run in the eighth to put the Mets up 7-4. Alonso is now slashing just .212/.297/.445 with nine homers, 19 RBI, 22 runs and a 14:32 BB:K in 155 plate appearances, though Tuesday's outburst showed some welcoming signs that his offense could be emerging once again. • Plays hero with ninth-inning homer
Adames went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run during Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Royals.

Advice: Adames stepped up to the plate with Gary Sanchez on first and William Contreras on second with two outs down 5-3 and smacked a laser over the left field wall for the go-ahead homer. The long ball was Adames' fourth in the last seven games, a stretch in which he's racked up 12 RBI and scored six times. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:24 pm
    • Pete Alonso homers, doubles in Mets win
Pete Alonso went 2-for-5 with a homer, double, and three RBI in the Mets’ win over the Cardinals on Tuesday night.

Advice: Alonso broke out in a big way against Miles Mikolas and the Cardinals after a 2-for-44 lull. His two-run double gave the Mets the lead and his eighth inning homer added a valuable insurance run as Adam Ottavino ran into trouble in the ninth. All three of the balls Alonso put in play were hit over 105 MPH exit velocity. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:21 pm

    • Willy Adames homers in ninth to lead Brewers
Willy Adames hit a three-run homer in the top of the ninth to propel the Brewers to a 6-5 win over the Royals on Tuesday.

Advice: The homer was Adames’s seventh through 35 games and pushed him up to 25 RBI. He’s typically a slow starter, so this early season performance has been particularly encouraging. He’s at .257/.346/.463 right now. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:49 pm
    • Kelenic hits first homer of season vs. Red Sox
Jarred Kelenic went 2-for-2 with a home run and two RBI in the Braves’ win over the Red Sox on Tuesday.

Advice: It took 73 at bats for Kelenic to finally hit his first homer of the season. His two-run blast in the third gave the Braves an early 2-0 lead, but the Red Sox would battle back before the Braves finally went up 4-2. Kelenic has struggled to make the most of his platooned role, and can’t be relied on by fantasy managers at this time. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:09 pm
