      Kyle Tucker (shin) told reporters on Saturday that he’s feeling much improved and is hopeful he’ll be able to return to the Astros’ lineup when he’s first eligible on Friday.

      Advice: The dynamic 27-year-old outfielder is now walking with just one crutch instead of two and he plans to resume baseball activities while the team is in San Francisco this week.       Advice: Tucker has been held out of action since he fouled a ball off his right shin during Monday's game against the Cardinals.       Acuna underwent surgery Wednesday to repair the torn ACL in his left knee, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

      Advice: The reigning NL MVP had already been ruled out for the season, but Acuna will now be able to begin rehabbing from the injury he suffered May 26. The 26-year-old underwent ACL surgery on his right knee in 2021, so he's familiar with the process.
