      Junior Caminero was held out of the lineup on Thursday for Triple-A Durham.

      Advice: Caminero hasn’t been called up. According to multiple reports it’s merely a planned off day after he played in both games of Wednesday’s doubleheader. He’s been on an absolute tear with a pair of multi-homer performances in his last three contests. The 20-year-old top prospect appears to be on the precipice of returning to Tampa Bay’s lineup, likely for good, as he’s batting .333 (18-for-54) with six homers and one steal through 14 contests for Triple-A Durham.     • Juan Soto hits first triple with Yankees in loss
      Juan Soto went 2-for-4 with a triple in a loss Thursday to the Orioles.

      Advice: A day after Soto stole two bases, Soto showed off his wheels again with his first triple of the season, and first as a member of the Yankees. Speed kills.       Soto went 1-for-3 with a walk and a pair of stolen bases in Wednesday's 2-0 win against the Orioles.

      Advice: Soto made the most of his two times reaching base, swiping a bag after singling in the first inning and another after walking in the sixth. He was also caught trying to steal third following his second theft. Soto tied a career-high mark with 12 stolen bases last season, and he's on pace to surpass that through 32 games this year.       Abreu is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Giants, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.

      Advice: Abreu stole a base in three straight games between April 15 and 18, but he hadn't notched any thefts over his subsequent 10 contests coming into Wednesday. The 24-year-old outfielder continues to cement his place in the starting lineup, as he's slashing .316/.395/.519 with two homers, 12 RBI, 14 runs and five thefts on the campaign.       Juan Soto singled, walked and stole a pair of bases as the Yankees triumphed over the Orioles on Wednesday evening in Baltimore.

      Advice: Soto smacked a one-out single off of Corbin Burnes in the top half of the first inning and swiped second base before being stranded there. He then worked a leadoff walk in the sixth inning, and once again nabbed second before being thrown out trying to steal third.     • Jo Adell strikes out four times Wednesday in loss
      Jo Adell went 0-for-5 with four strikeouts on Wednesday in the Angels’ loss to the Phillies.

      Advice: So much for the whole cutting back on strikeouts storyline. Adell appears to have made some legitimate strides in the plate skills department early on this season, but he looked a bit overwhelmed in this one as he fanned twice in three at-bats against Phillies ace Zack Wheeler before tacking on a pair of additional punch outs later in the contest.       Muncy is not in the Dodgers' starting lineup Tuesday against the Diamondbacks.

      Advice: The third baseman got the start Monday versus Arizona's lefty pitcher Tommy Henry in the first game of the series, but Muncy will begin in the dugout Wednesday for the second straight game against southpaw Jordan Montgomery.     • Yandy Díaz goes 0-for-5 in loss to Brewers
      Yandy Díaz finished 0-for-5 in the loss to the Brewers on Wednesday.

      Advice: Díaz did reach on an error, but he was credited with four groundouts and one flyout today. His groundball rate is currently checking in at 62%, well above his already problematic career mark of 53%. Hopefully, it’s something he can straightened out in the next few weeks.
