    • Luis Robert Jr. (hip) returning to lineup Tuesday
The White Sox will activate Luis Robert Jr. off the 10-day injured list to start Tuesday against the Cubs.

Advice: Robert Jr. went just 3-for-27 in his rehab games, but the most important thing is that the 26-year-old came out of those contests healthy. He’ll offer potential help in all five categories — even with the White Sox lineup not offering a ton of run-producing chances — and should be activated immediately by fantasy managers. • Back in White Sox lineup Tuesday
Robert (hip) will be activated from the 10-day injured list and return to the White Sox lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Cubs, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Advice: Robert has been sidelined since early April with a Grade 2 right hip flexor strain but is ready to roll after he went 3-for-27 with two home runs over eight rehab games. While Robert is in the lineup Tuesday, manager Pedro Grifol has previously noted that his center fielder will be given extra off days initially as he eases back into action. • Swipes ninth bag
Lindor went 1-for-3 with a walk, an RBI and a stolen base in Monday's win over the Nationals.

Advice: Hitting leadoff against Washington lefty MacKenzie Gore, Lindor got right back up after seeing an 11-game hitting streak snapped Sunday. The veteran shortstop has swiped three bags over the last five contests, giving him nine steals on the season, and over his last 15 games, he's slashing .339/.397/.516 with five doubles, two homers, seven runs and eight RBI as he puts a sluggish start to the season behind him. • Homers, reaches base four times
Vientos went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, two walks and an additional run scored in Monday's 8-7 win over Washington.

Advice: Vientos hit a solo home run off Nationals starter MacKenzie Gore in the fourth inning, his second long ball over his past three games. The 24-year-old continues to crush left-handed pitching, entering Monday's game with a .444/.483/.815 slash line against southpaws. Vientos has firmly established himself as the Mets' starting third baseman, batting .339 with five home runs and 11 runs scored through 66 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:59 pm

    • Mark Vientos homers, reaches four times in win
Mark Vientos went 2-for-3 with a solo homer on Monday, powering the Mets to an 8-7 victory over the Nationals.

Advice: Vientos put the Mets ahead with a gargantuan 420-foot homer off Nationals starter MacKenzie Gore in the fourth inning and wound up reaching base safely in four of his five plate appearances in a back-and-forth slugfest at Nationals Park. The 24-year-old burgeoning slugger is making the most of his opportunity as New York’s primary third baseman in the wake of Brett Baty’s demotion, batting .327 (17-for-52) with four homers over his last 15 games. He won’t sustain a .366 BABIP forever, but he’s locked-in at the dish right now and is at least worthy of a speculative roster spot in deeper mixed leagues. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:10 pm

    • Serviceable in relief
Wilson (3-2) took the loss Monday against Philadelphia, allowing three earned runs on six hits and one walk while striking out one in 5.2 innings of work out of the bullpen.

Advice: Jared Koenig opened the game for Milwaukee, pitching one scoreless inning before giving way to Wilson in the second. Wilson surrendered a solo home run to David Dahl in the fourth inning, marking the fifth consecutive game in which the right-hander has allowed a home run. The 26-year-old has been consistent in minimizing the damage, however, allowing three earned runs or fewer in all of those starts. Wilson has worked behind Jared Koenig in two of his last three appearances, and it remains to be seen if he will start his next time out, tentatively scheduled for this weekend in Detroit. • Bryse Wilson gobbles up 5 2/3 frames in bulk outing
Bryse Wilson allowed three runs over 5 2/3 innings on Monday in a bulk relief appearance against the Phillies.

Advice: Wilson took over for a bulk relief appearance after opener Jared Koenig spun a flawless first inning. He gave up five hits, including a solo homer to David Dahl, which was enough to saddle him with a loss as he went head-to-head with Phillies ace Zack Wheeler into the late innings of this one. He’ll continue operating in a multi-inning relief role and figures to take the ball on Sunday afternoon against the Tigers at Comerica Park. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:54 pm

    • Reinstated from IL
The Giants reinstated Conforto (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list Monday.

Advice: Conforto appeared in two rehab games with Triple-A Sacramento over the weekend, going 1-for-5 with one walk and one strikeout. Conforto was slashing .324/.410/.588 with two home runs and four RBI in May before landing on the injured list due to a right hamstring strain. Conforto is starting in left field Monday and batting in the cleanup spot against Diamondbacks right-hander Ryne Nelson, per Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area. • Giants get Michael Conforto back from injured list
Giants activated OF Michael Corforto from the 10-day injured list.

Advice: Blake Snell went on the IL, allowing the Giants a chance to push back the decision on which hitter to cut to make room for Conforto. Heliot Ramos will be displaced from left field by Conforto’s return, but he figures to remain in the lineup the majority of the time, probably at Luis Matos’s expense. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:08 pm
