J.P. Crawford walks twice, steals base in M’s loss
J.P. Crawford walked twice and stole a base on Thursday in the Mariners’ shutout loss at the hands of the Astros.
Advice: Crawford also made one of the highlight reel-worthy defensive plays of the entire season in the seventh inning of this one, flipping the ball to double-play partner Dylan Moore to rob Mauricio Dubón of a surefire single up the middle. The 29-year-old shortstop is batting .231 (9-for-39) with one homer and one steal since returning from the injured list back on May 20.
