    • Trea Turner picks up three hits in win over Padres
Trea Turner went 3-for-5 with a double and two runs scored in a victory Saturday over the Padres.

Advice: Turner scored on a pair of hits from Alec Bohm, the first being a two-run homer in the first and the next being an RBI single in the fifth. The 30-year-old has been outstanding over the first 28 games, with his slash of .345/.397/.483 a vast improvement over his scuffles to begin the 2023 campaign. Rotoworld Saturday, 10:22 pm

    • Plates seven in monster game
Rafaela went 4-for-4 with a home run and seven RBI in Saturday's 17-0 victory over the Cubs.

Advice: There were big numbers throughout the Red Sox' lineup in this laugher, but Rafaela takes top billing. His home run came in the seventh inning off reliever Colten Brewer, and he also had a pair of doubles, one of which that cleared the bases in the fifth inning. As if that wasn't enough, Rafaela also stole his fourth base of the season and scored three runs. The 23-year-old had just 14 hits all season coming into Saturday's action, along with a 26.8 percent strikeout rate. While Saturday's performance was a peak at Rafaela's upside, he'll likely remain a volatile fantasy play. Rotowire.com Saturday, 5:31 pm

    • Ceddanne Rafaela drives in seven in blowout win
Ceddanne Rafaela went 4-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored, seven RBI, and a stolen base to lead the Red Sox to a 17-0 blowout win over the Cubs on Saturday.

Advice: Rafaela had an incredible day at the plate as the Red Sox offense exploded for 17 runs on Saturday against the Cubs. After knocking a base hit in the second inning, he plated a run on a sacrifice fly in the fourth. With the bases loaded in the fifth, he cleared them all with a double to break open the game, then stole third and scored on a groundout. Rafaela wasn’t done there. He took Colten Brewer deep for a two-run homer in seventh before adding another RBI-double in the eighth. The 23-year-old outfielder has struggled through the first month. He ends the day slashing .191/.225/.351 with two homers, 17 RBI, and four steals across 102 plate appearances. Rotoworld Saturday, 4:13 pm

    • Smashes long ball in loss
Kim went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run against Colorado in a loss Thursday.

Advice: Kim's third-inning blast gave San Diego a short-lived three-run lead. The long ball was his fourth of the season and just his second extra-base hit over his past eight contests. Kim has added 17 RBI, 17 runs, seven steals and a .238/.339/.436 slash line through 119 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Thursday, 11:12 pm

    • Ha-Seong Kim swats two-run homer vs. Rockies
Ha-Seong Kim hit a two-run homer Thursday against the Rockies while going 1-for-4.

Advice: Kim swatted a two-run homer in the third inning, and it’s the fourth homer of the season for the shortstop. The 28-year-old has shown some pop in the early portion of the season, and he’s also added seven stolen bases for good measure. The .240 average leaves a bit to be desired, for those looking for something to complain about. Rotoworld Thursday, 3:17 pm

    • Trea Turner has three hits in win
Trea Turner went 3-for-5 with a double in a win over the Reds on Thursday.

Advice: Turner hit the ball well on Thursday, with five batted balls that were at least 96.7 mph. It continues a strong start to the season for the shortstop, who’s slashing .336/.388/.477 on the year with two home runs and six steals. As Bryce Harper continues to heat up, he should rack up far more runs scored as well. Rotoworld Thursday, 2:14 pm

    • Red Sox make Ceddanne Rafaela everyday shortstop
Red Sox manager Alex Cora confirmed Thursday that Ceddanne Rafaela is their new everyday shortstop.

Advice: There was some hesitation earlier this month from the Red Sox about potentially moving Rafaela back to shortstop in the wake of Trevor Story’s season-ending shoulder injury. However, they’ve officially made the move in part to shore up their lackluster middle infield defense and also get Wilyer Abreu’s hot bat into the lineup more often in a corner outfield spot. It’ll be Jarren Duran taking over in center field everyday until further notice. It’s a significant development for fantasy purposes as Rafaela gains middle infield eligibility, which gives him some additional appeal from a roster construction standpoint, even in shallow mixed leagues. • Declared everyday shortstop
Red Sox manager Alex Cora said Thursday that Rafaela is viewed as the team's everyday shortstop at this point, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Advice: Cora has said as much through his actions -- Rafaela will make his sixth straight start at shortstop Thursday versus the Guardians -- and now the skipper has confirmed it with his words. Rafaela has received high marks for his defense both at shortstop and in center field, and using him at shortstop with Trevor Story (shoulder) out for the season helps address the Red Sox's logjam in the outfield. With Rafaela settling in at shortstop, Wilyer Abreu has become an everyday player in the outfield, making 10 straight starts. Rotowire.com Thursday, 8:55 am

    • Ha-Seong Kim drives in two runs against Rockies
Ha-Seong Kim went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI on Wednesday in a 5-2 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Kim put the Padres on the board early with a two-run double in the first inning. He’d come around to score on a base hit as San Diego put four runs up in the opening frame. He added a base hit in the sixth for his second hit of the game. The 28-year-old infielder is slashing .240/.345/.417 with three homers, 16 runs scored, 15 RBI, and seven steals across 114 plate appearances. Rotoworld Wednesday, 8:12 pm
