      Hendricks (1-5) allowed two runs on five hits and a walk while striking out four over seven innings, taking the loss Tuesday versus the Giants.

      Advice: Hendricks has faced the Giants in each of his two starts since returning to the rotation. He's limited them to three runs over 12.2 innings with a 12:2 K:BB, but he's gone 1-1 in those outings. It's still a positive sign after his awful start to the campaign landed him a demotion to the bullpen, where he surrendered five runs over 14.1 innings across five appearances. He's now at a 6.87 ERA, 1.49 WHIP and 43:17 K:BB over 57.2 innings through 14 appearances (nine starts) this year.     • Kyle Hendricks holds Giants to two runs in loss
      Kyle Hendricks was strong for seven innings Tuesday against the Giants, allowing just two runs and five hits in a loss.

      Advice: Colten Brewer came in and gave up three runs in the eighth after Hendricks left, but that didn’t matter much in a game in which the Cubs managed just one run. Hendricks boasts a 0.84 ERA in 21 1/3 innings this month, making for an incredible in-season turnaround. He entered June with a 10.16 ERA in seven starts and two relief appearances.     • Hunter Brown picks up fifth win vs. Rockies
      Hunter Brown allowed two hits over six scoreless innings while striking out seven to earn the win over the Rockies.

      Advice: Brown was allowed to keep things in cruise control after his offense provided him five runs in the bottom of the first. The righty moved his season record to 5-5 on the year and saw his ERA drop to 4.37. Brown has enjoyed a solid June, allowing just four earned runs over 31 innings pitched while posting a 36:8 K:BB ratio.       Matt Waldron pitched six innings of two-run ball Monday against the Nationals.

      Advice: Waldron struck out eight in a sixth straight quality start. He threw the knuckler 46 times tonight and wound up with nothing but soft contact against the pitch.       Waldron allowed two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out eight over six innings in a no-decision versus the Nationals on Monday.

      Advice: Waldron rattled off his sixth straight quality start, and he's gone nine outings without allowing more than two runs. The run support wasn't there for him Monday, leaving him to take his fifth no-decision of the season. Waldron is at a 3.43 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 84:27 K:BB over 89.1 innings through 16 starts.       Iglesias struck out two during a perfect ninth to collect the save Sunday against the Yankees.

      Advice: Iglesias needed just 10 pitches to close out the game, retiring Aaron Judge on one pitch, then striking out the final two batters he faced.       Raisel Iglesias struck out two Yankees en route to a save on Sunday. He didn’t allow a base runner.

      Advice: Iglesias became the fourth closer this season to cross the 20-save plateau and continues to stifle his opponents despite a strikeout rate hovering around 20%. His role seems safe as ever in the Braves’ bullpen. Rotoworld Sunday, 1:07 pm

      Burnes (8-3) allowed four runs on five hits and struck out five without walking a batter over seven innings, taking the loss Saturday versus the Astros.

      Advice: Burnes had a solid outing, but a two-run home run by Yordan Alvarez and a solo shot by Chas McCormick were too much for the Orioles to overcome. This marks the first time all year Burnes has given up multiple homers in a start -- he's yielded just 10 long balls through 16 starts. While this wasn't his best work, he's still at an excellent 2.35 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 94:24 K:BB through 99.2 innings. Burnes is projected to make his next start at home versus the Rangers.       Mikolas (6-6) earned the win against the Giants on Saturday, allowing four runs on six hits and two walks with three strikeouts over six innings.

      Advice: Mikolas struggled early, allowing three runs in the first inning and another in the third. He bounced back with three perfect frames and departed with a 7-4 lead at the conclusion of the sixth. Mikolas broke a streak of five consecutive quality starts but was still able to earn his third victory in his past four starts.
