    • Collects three hits
Paredes went 3-for-5 with a two-run double during Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Paredes plated Josh Lowe and Randy Arozarena on a first-inning double to give the Rays an early lead. However, Tampa Bay wouldn't score again in the game, going 0-for-6 with runners in scoring position outside of Paredes' double. The third baseman has generated multiple hits in five of his last 10 games and leads the Rays in home runs (nine) and RBI (28) on the year. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 9:48 pm

    • Perez has two-hit night in win over Tigers
Salvador Perez went 2-for-5 with one RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Tigers.

Advice: The real story of the night was Bobby Witt Jr.'s two-homer, six RBI performance, but Perez also managed two hits, with his first coming on a single that scored Witt Jr. Perez now has 39 RBI on the season and has hit safely in seven straight games. He’s slashing .324/.387/.500 in May and has eight extra-base hits on the month. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:26 pm

    • Isaac Paredes drives in two on three-hit night
Isaac Paredes went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Paredes singled home two runs in the bottom of the first to give the Rays an early lead. Unfortunately, it would be the only two runs the Rays would score on the evening, as the lineup remained limited for much of the afternoon despite Paredes’ three-hit night. The veteran infielder has totaled 14 hits in his last 10 games and is hitting a solid .314 on the year. Rotoworld Tuesday, 6:26 pm

    • Homers in first game of twin bill
Olson went 3-for-8 with a home run, a walk and two total RBI across both games of Monday's doubleheader split with San Diego.

Advice: Olson did most of his damage in Game 1, swatting a solo homer and adding another RBI on a single. The first baseman has gotten off to a slow start this season with a .230/.332/.410 slash line and just six homers through 44 games after going deep a career-high 54 times last year. Olson has been perking up with the bat of late, though, hitting .393 (11-for-28) with two home runs and seven RBI over his past eight contests. Rotowire.com May 20, 11:43 pm

    • Sparks rally Monday
Perez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 8-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: It was a close game until the sixth inning, when Perez ignited a six-run rally for the Royals with his solo shot. The catcher has hit safely in six straight games, going 10-for-21 (.476) in that span. the homer was his first since May 3. Perez remains one of the top hitters in baseball this season with a .341/.404/.565 slash line, nine long balls, 38 RBI, 19 runs scored and 11 doubles over 47 contests. Rotowire.com May 20, 11:41 pm

    • Perez blasts ninth home run Monday
Salvador Perez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run against the Tigers on Monday.

Advice: The home run was Perez’ ninth of the season. It came in the sixth inning off Tigers reliever Joey Wentz. Perez is now 16-for-41 (.390) against left-handed pitchers this season. He’s hitting an incredible .341 overall. The 34-year-old is a career .269 hitter and has never even hit .300 in a single-season where he’s played at least 100 games.

    • Matt Olsen hits sixth homer against Padres
Matt Olson went 2-for-4 with a homer and two RBI versus the Padres in the first game of Monday’s doubleheader.

Advice: Olson’s homer, a no-doubter off Dylan Cease, was his sixth of the year. That’s way off last year’s pace, but his barrel and hard-hit rates are completely intact. There’s some bad luck involved here, but it also seems to be the case that balls just aren’t traveling as far this year as they did last season. Rotoworld May 20, 1:38 pm

    • Swats early home run
Cronenworth went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer and a walk in Sunday's 9-1 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Cronenworth opened up the scoring with a two-run blast off Bryce Elder in the opening frame for his only hit of the night. Cronenworth owns a 140 wRC+, which is currently third in baseball among all qualified first basemen, behind only Freddie Freeman and Bryce Harper. Cronenworth is putting together an excellent campaign and is currently slashing .275/.344/.485 with eight homers, 30 RBI, 21 runs and a 17:33 BB:K in 192 plate appearances. • Hits homer No. 9
Paredes went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run during Sunday's 5-2 loss to the Blue Jays.

Advice: Paredes was the only source of offense for the Rays, delivering a two-run homer off Zach Pop in the top of the ninth inning. The third baseman has notched a hit in seven straight starts, batting 11-for-28 (.392) with six RBI during that stretch. Rotowire.com May 19, 10:17 pm
