• Pops fourth homer
Renfroe went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Tuesday's 10-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Renfroe has gone 6-for-24 (.250) with five RBI over his last seven contests. While that's still modest hitting, it's a vast improvement on his .160 batting average for the season. Despite the middling results at the plate, Renfroe has started six of the last eight games in right field and appears to have fended off challenges for playing time from Dairon Blanco and Adam Frazier that popped up earlier in May. Renfroe has four homers, 18 RBI, 15 runs scored, four doubles, no stolen bases and a .518 OPS over 144 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:24 pm

  • Luke Raley homers in win over Yankees
Luke Raley went 1-for-5 with a home run in Tuesday’s win over the Yankees.

Advice: Raley is now hitting .306 on the season and has four home runs and 12 RBI to his name in 38 games. The lefty is riding a hot hand at the moment and is currently sitting on an eight-game hitting streak. Raley has absolutely raked this month, going 21-for-53 (.396) with seven extra-base hits. He’ll cool off eventually, but he’s worth a start as long as the hot hitting continues. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:23 pm

  • Mark Vientos has two hits, HR in loss to Guardians
Mark Vientos went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in a loss to the Guardians on Tuesday.

Advice: Vientos got a rare start against a right-handed pitcher and delivered a double and a home run on the night. The home run was admittedly on a hanging breaking ball that just sat at the top of the zone, but Vientos still crushed it 430 feet at 111 mph off the bat. He followed that up in the next inning with a 106.5 mph double, which gave him the two hardest-hit balls of the night. With Brett Baty struggling, there’s a chance that Vientos will have an opportunity to claim the starting third base role in New York, so he deserves to be added while he’s swinging the bat like this. • Back in action
Bryant (back) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Tuesday's game in Oakland, Patrick Lyons of JustBaseball.com reports.

Advice: Bryant returns to the lineup for the Rockies on Tuesday, starting at first base and batting fifth. The 32-year-old landed on the injured list April 17 with a lower back strain. The veteran was slashing only .149/.273/.255 over 13 games before getting injured. With his return to the lineup, Sean Bouchard has been optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque. • Rockies activate Kris Bryant for Tuesday return
Rockies activated INF/OF Kris Bryant from the 10-day injured list.

Advice: Bryant returns to Colorado’s roster ahead of Tuesday’s showdown against the Athletics following a one-month absence due to a lower back strain. The 32-year-old has gotten off to an abysmal start at the dish this season, batting .149 (7-for-47) with one homer and zero steals in 13 games. He’s gradually faded into irrelevancy for fantasy purposes over the last few years with the Rockies. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:23 pm

  • Yainer Diaz does 2-for-4, scores twice in loss
Yainer Diaz went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI against the Angels on Monday.

Advice: Diaz was also robbed of a possible homer by Jo Adell at the right field wall in the ninth. That was actually his softest hit ball of the night. His EVs in the game were 110.7 mph, 107.8 mph, 103.7 mph and 98.4 mph. His hard-hit rate now stands at 51%, which is particularly impressive in combination with a 14% strikeout rate. • Raley has three-hit game Monday
Luke Raley went 3-for-4 with a run scored against the Yankees on Monday.

Advice: Raley continues to produce as his average is up to .311 after the three hits on Monday. The Mariners certainly value him after trading for him in the offseason. Raley will continue to see regular playing time against right-handed pitching. Rotoworld Monday, 6:59 pm

  • Out of Monday's lineup
Mountcastle is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Cardinals.

Advice: Mountcastle is mired in a 1-for-20 slump and will sit Monday for the second time in Baltimore's past three games. Ryan O'Hearn will handle first base while Anthony Santander (knee) returns to the lineup as the designated hitter. Rotowire.com Monday, 1:22 pm
  • Three-hit effort in loss
Raley went 3-for-4 with two doubles and a run in a loss to the Orioles on Sunday.

Advice: Raley accomplished the rare feat of generating a three-hit tally against Orioles starter Corbin Burnes, who was otherwise mostly dominant while recording 11 strikeouts across six frames. Raley now has three multi-hit efforts during his current six-game hitting streak, a stretch in which he's posted a .458 average (11-for-24) with Sunday's pair of two-baggers, two home runs, five RBI and two steals across 24 plate appearances.
