      Jazz Chisholm Jr. was removed from Saturday’s game against the Mariners due to tightness in his right biceps.

      Advice: The 26-year-old outfielder had been 1-for-2 with a single and a strikeout when Vidal Brujan surprisingly hit for him in the sixth inning. The severity of the injury is not yet known, so be sure to check his status on Sunday.     • Cruz blasts 10th home run in win Saturday
      Oneil Cruz went 1-for-3 with two runs scored, a walk and a solo home run against the Rays on Saturday.



      Advice: Cruz’ home run was his 10th of the year. The solo shot came against Rays starter Zach Eflin in the first inning with two outs. It was Cruz’ first home run since June 8th. While he hits the ball hard when he connects, Cruz’ 32 percent strikeout percentage is still quite high. Maybe he’ll get his power stroke going in the second half of the year to help prop up all the strikeouts.

    • Oneil Cruz homers, scores twice in win over Rays
      Oneil Cruz homered and scored two runs in a 4-2 win for the Pirates on Saturday.

      Advice: Cruz obliterated a Zack Eflin pitch for a 445-foot dinger to tie the game at 1-1 in the first. The 25-year-old also drew a walk and came around to score a few batters later. There are going to be ups and downs with Cruz, but the power is obviously legitimate, and helps mitigate some of the contact issues. Rotoworld Saturday, 3:16 pm

Even though he finds himself as the odd man out of the Boston outfield Saturday while the team brings Wilyer Abreu (ankle) back from the injured list, O'Neill should continue to handle a near-everyday role for the Red Sox.       Mullins went 2-for-5 with a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 14-11 loss to the Astros.

      Advice: Mullins has multiple hits in three straight games, and he's added a pair of extra-base hits and three steals in that span. He's batting .333 (14-for-42) over his last 12 contests, a stretch that has helped him regain a starting role in center field. The outfielder is batting .202 on the year -- this is the first time he's been at or above .200 since May 8. Altuve has caught fire after a lackluster May, producing a .995 OPS with 11 RBI over his last 12 games. His season slash line now sits at .301/.351/.460 with 27 extra-base hits and 45 runs scored.
