The 28-year-old has delivered a solid .345 on-base percentage over his prior eight starts, but he's provided little fantasy value with a .208 average, zero home runs or stolen bases and two RBI and runs during that stretch. He’s in the majors now despite having opened this year 7-for-77 with no homers and 36 strikeouts in Double-A.     Neto was removed from Wednesday's game against the Astros in the bottom of the fifth inning due to right elbow soreness. He went 0-for-2 with a strikeout before exiting the game.

    Advice: Neto uncorked a high throw to first base in the fifth inning which Nolan Schanuel had to leap up to grab. As it turns out, Neto must have tweaked his elbow on the throw.     Zach Neto was pulled from Wednesday afternoon’s battle against the Astros due to right elbow soreness.

    Advice: Neto felt something on a throw from shortstop in the fifth inning and was immediately removed from the game. He’ll presumably head for further testing to determine the extent and severity of the issue.
