      Elly De La Cruz went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in a win over the Padres on Tuesday.

      Advice: The double accounted for the only RBI of the game, but it wasn’t particularly well hit at just 86 mph off the bat. It was just one of those nights where neither offense seemed to get anything going. The bigger news for De La Cruz was that he didn’t strike out on Tuesday after going 0-for-13 with eight strikeouts in the final three games of the Dodgers’ series. Rotoworld Tuesday, 6:54 pm

    • Two steals in win
      Rengifo went 2-for-5 with two stolen bases in Monday's 9-7 win over the Astros.

      Advice: Rengifo has gone 4-for-18 with three steals, one RBI and two extra-base hits over four contests since he returned from an illness. The infielder is slashing .312/.364/.450 with two home runs, 12 RBI, 15 runs scored and 12 thefts through 32 games this season. Rengifo's running far more this season, and his defensive utility gives him some extra upside in fantasy even if it's unlikely he maintains his steady hitting. Rotowire.com May 20, 10:30 pm

    • Luis Rengifo swipes two bags against Astros
      Luis Rengifo had two hits and two steals against the Astros on Monday.

      Advice: The second steal saw him jam his left hand into second base, leaving him with an injured middle finger in spite of the oven mitt he was wearing. He was in a lot of pain at first, but he was able to finish the game afterwards. Still, if he’s not in Tuesday’s lineup, this is probably the reason. Rotoworld May 20, 8:24 pm

    • Elly De La Cruz strikes out four times in loss
      Elly De La Cruz went 0-for-5 with four strikeouts in a loss to the Dodgers on Sunday.

      Advice: After a tremendous first game of the series, De La Cruz finished the final three games against the Dodgers going 0-for-13 with eight strikeouts. He’s off to an absurd start to the season with 30 stolen bases and nine home runs in 47 games; however, he has started to give back some of his early plate discipline gains. De La Cruz now has 26 strikeouts to just five walks in May while going 14-for-65 at the plate for a .215 average. He’s an electric fantasy player and not somebody you’d ever take out of your lineup, but the 22-year-old remains a work in progress as far as his approach at the plate goes.     • Rengifo has triple and RBI vs Rangers
      Luis Rengifo went 1-for-3 with a walk, a triple, and an RBI in a win over the Rangers on Sunday.

      Advice: Rengifo returned this weekend after being on the IL with an illness and was right back to the top of the batting order, which is good news for his fantasy value. His RBI triple in the seventh inning helped to pad the lead and his walk earlier in the game set him up for a stolen base attempt.     • Eleven-game hitting streak
      Tovar went 2-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI on Saturday against the Giants.

      Advice: Tovar took over as Colorado's leadoff hitter with a lefty on the mound and did his damage in the third inning with an RBI single before coming around to score in the same frame. He has at least one hit in each of his last 11 games, during which he's gone 17-for-49 with two home runs, seven runs scored and seven RBI. Rotowire.com May 18, 11:48 pm
