    • Max Muncy (oblique) out until mid-to-late June
Max Muncy (oblique) remains shut down from baseball activities.

Advice: Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters Tuesday that Muncy will remain sidelined for a couple more weeks after experiencing discomfort last week in his right oblique. There isn’t a definitive timetable for him to return at the moment, but it’s safe to assume he won’t be back until at least mid-to-late June. Rotoworld Today, 5:03 pm

    • Lars Nootbaar returns to lineup Tuesday vs. Reds
Lars Nootbaar (hamstring) is hitting second and playing right field against the Reds on Tuesday.

    • Returns to lineup Tuesday
Nootbaar (hamstring) will start in right field and bat second in Tuesday's game in Cincinnati.

Advice: Nootbaar missed two starts after tweaking his hamstring in Saturday's game against the Cubs, but he worked out prior to Monday's contest and is ready to roll Tuesday. The 26-year-old has a 1.096 OPS with two homers over his last eight games. Rotowire.com Today, 11:45 am

    • Takes part in light running Monday
Nootbaar (hamstring) hit in the batting cage and did some light running prior to Monday's game against the Reds, John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Nootbaar tweaked his hamstring while legging out a triple in Saturday's game against the Cubs and has since sat out the last two games. The outfielder told Denton that he should be ready to return to the lineup whenever the Cardinals give him the green light. The Cardinals are slated to face a left-hander starter Tuesday and have an off day Thursday, factors which could weigh into their decision as to when to reinsert Nootbaar into the lineup. • Generates team's only run
Chisholm went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double and a stolen base in a loss to the Padres on Monday.

Advice: Chisholm notched two of Miami's four hits in the contest and produced the team's only run with a third-inning solo shot. The center fielder added a swipe of third base in the eighth inning to give him 10 thefts on the campaign. Chisholm is working on a six-game hitting streak during which he's gone 9-for-23 with three doubles, two homers, three RBI and four runs. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:24 pm

    • Keeps rolling for 16th save
Suarez earned a save against the Marlins on Monday, striking out one batter in a perfect inning of work.

Advice: Suarez was summoned in the ninth frame to protect a one-run lead and had no trouble doing so, retiring the side in order on 14 pitches. The right-hander came into the campaign with a loose grip on the ninth-inning role for the Padres but has emerged as one of the league's top first-half closers with 16 saves (in 16 chances) while posting a 0.73 ERA, 0.69 WHIP and 24:5 K:BB over 24.2 innings. Prior to this season, Suarez had just one save over 71 major-league appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:06 pm
    • Suarez picks up 16th save against Marlins Monday
Robert Suarez tossed a scoreless inning and picked up the save against the Marlins on Monday.

Advice: The save was Suarez’ 16th of the season. He lowered his ERA to 0.73 on the season. While the Padres’ closer situation was ambiguous going into the season, Suarez has grabbed the job and run with it to the point where he’s been one of the best closers in all of fantasy this season. • Nearing rehab assignment
Conforto (hamstring) could begin a rehab assignment later this week, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Advice: Conforto was cleared to resume baseball activities last week as he works his way back from a right hamstring strain, although it's uncertain whether he's done any running yet. He's been on the shelf for a little more than two weeks and shouldn't need too many rehab games before being activated, assuming all goes well. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:00 pm
