      Turang went 2-for-4 with a solo home run Monday in a loss to the Angels.

      Advice: Turang plated the final run of the contest with his 419-foot solo shot in the fifth inning. The second-year infielder has gone deep four times through 68 games this season after hitting six homers in 137 contests last year. Turang's skill set is more centered on speed than power, so anything fantasy managers get in the homer department is a nice bonus. The speedster has made a big impact on the rosters of fantasy managers who had the foresight to pick him up late in fantasy drafts or on the waiver wire, as he's slashing .291/.359/.406 on the season with 25 RBI, 35 runs and 26 stolen bases in 27 attempts.       Estevez earned a save against the Brewers on Monday, striking out one batter in a perfect ninth inning.

      Advice: Estevez had little trouble protecting a two-run, ninth-inning lead, retiring the side in order on 13 pitches. The veteran reliever has turned things around after a rough middle portion of May -- he hasn't allowed a baserunner in seven straight outings, racking up six saves and a win during that span.       Neris (6-2) took the loss and blew a save against the Giants on Monday, allowing three runs (two earned) on one hit and one walk while striking out one batter over one inning.

      Advice: Neris entered in the top of the ninth frame with Chicago leading by two runs. He got one out before Jorge Soler reached base on catcher's interference. Mike Yastrzemski followed with a walk before Thairo Estrada gave San Francisco the lead with a three-run homer. Though Neris retired the following two batters, the damage had been done, and the Cubs weren't able to mount a comeback in the bottom of the frame. The blown save was the fourth of the season for Neris and his third over his past seven chances.       Carlos Estévez threw a scoreless ninth with a two-run lead for a save Monday against the Brewers.

      Hector Neris allowed three runs, blew the save and took the loss against the Giants on Monday.

      Advice: The Cubs’ lead evaporated quickly in the ninth inning. With one out, Jorge Soler reached on a catcher interference. After Neris issued a walk to Mike Yastrzemski, Thairo Estrada hit a three-run home run to give the Giants a 7-6 lead. Neris now has four blown saves on the year including two blown saves in his last three opportunities. Neris’ ERA is now 4.73 on the year. His grip on the closer role loosens with every blown save.       The Dodgers’ current guess is that Mookie Betts will miss 6-8 weeks with a fractured left hand.

      Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Monday that the expectation is Betts (wrist) will be sidelined 6-to-8 weeks, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

      Advice: The timeline is a rough estimate, as Roberts noted that much will depend on how Betts' fractured left wrist heals in the coming weeks. If Roberts' suggested timetable holds true, that means Betts will be out at least until late July. Miguel Rojas is expected to be the Dodgers' regular shortstop while Betts is on the shelf.       Blue Jays manager John Schneider said that Bichette (calf) could be available off the bench for Monday's game against the Red Sox, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

      Advice: Bichette is out of the lineup for the third consecutive game while he works his way back from a right calf injury, but Schneider suggested that the shortstop is trending in the right direction and is scheduled to do "more hitting, baserunning, agility stuff" during a pregame workout. If Bichette responds well to those activities, the Blue Jays could call on him to make a pinch-hitting appearance in Monday's contest. Even if the Blue Jays opt to stay away from Bichette for another day, he would still seem likely to avoid a trip to the injured list and could be back in the lineup as soon as Tuesday.
