The most likely candidate to fill that void would be pitching prospect Sem Robberse, who would be taking the ball on regular rest, and has been excellent this season for Triple-A Memphis.     Advice: Lambert was fortunate to get a no-decision with the Rockies providing just enough offensive support to keep him from the loss. The 27-year-old allowed five hits with three walks against three strikeouts in a middling — at best — effort against a mediocre Miami lineup.     Pinto cleared waivers Thursday and was sent outright to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.

    Advice: Pinto lost his spot on the 40-man roster Sunday after turning in a 10.97 ERA and 2.25 WHIP across 10.2 innings. The 30-year-old right-hander will now head to Triple-A in an effort to get back on track, but a return to the majors this year isn't likely, barring a drastic turnaround.     Lambert did not factor into the decision Thursday against the Marlins, allowing four runs on five hits and three walks over 3.1 innings. He struck out three.

    Advice: The Marlins got to Lambert quickly, scoring twice in the opening inning before tacking on runs in the third and the fourth. The 27-year-old Lambert's struggled in his two starts this year, allowing 10 runs in 6.1 innings. He's fared better out of the bullpen, however, pinching to a 1.88 ERA over 14.1 innings in relief. Still, the right-hander figures to remain in the rotation while Kyle Freeland (elbow) is sidelined. Lambert's currently scheduled for a home start against the Giants in his next outing.     Advice: García was universally-regarded as one of the top pitching prospects in baseball just a few years ago when he was with the Yankees, but it’s never really come together for him at the highest level.
