    • Out Tuesday, still DTD
Tucker (lower leg) isn't part of the Astros starting lineup Tuesday, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Tucker will get the day off after fouling a ball off his right shin Monday night. While X-rays came back negative and manager Joe Espada said Tucker is "feeling better", the outfielder will continue to have his leg examined to ensure that he's merely dealing with a bruise. The Astros could opt to sit Tucker on Wednesday considering it has a team day off Thursday. Rotowire.com 31 minutes ago

    • Drives in three Monday
Winker went 3-for-4 with a walk and three RBI in Monday's loss to the Mets.

Advice: All three hits were singles, but it was still a productive night for Winker. His performance was marred by a caught stealing to end the second inning, however -- one of many mistakes by the Nats in what proved to be a one-run loss. The 30-year-old outfielder is batting .333 (11-for-33) over the last 10 games, but his only extra-base hit during that stretch is a double, and his homer drought currently stands at 13 games. • Swipes ninth bag
Lindor went 1-for-3 with a walk, an RBI and a stolen base in Monday's win over the Nationals.

Advice: Hitting leadoff against Washington lefty MacKenzie Gore, Lindor got right back up after seeing an 11-game hitting streak snapped Sunday. The veteran shortstop has swiped three bags over the last five contests, giving him nine steals on the season, and over his last 15 games, he's slashing .339/.397/.516 with five doubles, two homers, seven runs and eight RBI as he puts a sluggish start to the season behind him. • Sharp in win
Rodriguez (6-2) picked up the win Monday against Toronto, allowing two runs (one earned) on seven hits and zero walks while striking out four over 6.2 innings.

Advice: The only earned run allowed by Rodriguez was a solo home run by Vladimir Guerrero in the fourth inning. The 24-year-old set a new season-best with 6.2 innings pitched Monday, turning in his fifth quality start of the season. Rodriguez has found his groove over his past five starts -- in that span, the right-hander owns a 2.16 ERA and 31:12 K:BB in 29.1 innings. Rodriguez will look to keep rolling in his next start, currently scheduled for this weekend in Tampa. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:43 pm
    • Notches first win
Megill (1-2) picked up the win Monday against Washington, allowing five runs (four earned) on seven hits and three walks. He struck out four in five innings of work.

Advice: Megill made his third start since returning from a shoulder injury on May 20, notching his first win. The right-hander gave up his first home run of the season, a two-run shot by Joey Gallo in the fourth inning. Despite earning the win, the 28-year-old yielded four earned runs and recorded just four strikeouts, both season-worsts. Megill has now compiled a 3.00 ERA, a 1.24 WHIP and a 24:9 K:BB across 21 innings. He will look to improve in his next start, tentatively scheduled for next Tuesday versus Miami. • Avoids significant injury
Tucker has been diagnosed with a bruised right shin and X-rays on the area came back negative, Julia Morales of AT&T SportsNet Southwest reports.

Advice: Tucker appeared to be in serious pain after fouling a ball off his shin during Monday's game against the Cardinals, but he seems to have escaped a significant injury. He'll be considered day-to-day and will likely be re-evaluated again Tuesday morning to determine his availability for the rest of the week. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:26 pm

    • Kyle Tucker day-to-day with shin contusion
Kyle Tucker is day-to-day after being diagnosed with a right shin contusion.

Advice: X-rays were negative after Tucker fouled a pitch off his leg tonight. If he can’t go Tuesday, it increases the chances that Chas McCormick will get a start. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:26 pm

    • Jesse Winker drives in three runs in loss to Mets
Jesse Winker went 3-for-4 with three RBI on Monday in the Nationals’ loss to the Mets.

Advice: Winker reached base safely in four of his five plate appearances and wound up plating three runs courtesy of a pair of run-scoring singles and a bases-loaded free pass. The 30-year-old has really turned it on of late, batting .292/.386/.458 with two homers and five steals over his last 15 contests. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:09 pm

    • Tylor Megill allows five runs in win over Nationals
Tylor Megill was charged with five runs (four earned) over five innings on Monday in a win over the Nationals.

Advice: Megill wasn’t particularly sharp on Monday night at Nationals Park, surrendering seven hits, including a two-run homer to Joey Gallo. Fortunately he didn’t have to be at his best in this one as his Washington counterpart, MacKenzie Gore, turned in his worst outing of the season to date. The 28-year-old righty was unable to get the Nationals to chase in this one as he generated only six swinging strikes and finished with a lackluster 23 percent CSW. He notched four strikeouts and also handed out a trio of free passes. He’ll bring a respectable 3.00 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 24/9 K/BB ratio across 21 innings (four starts) into a favorable home outing next Tuesday against the Marlins. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:07 pm
