    • Notches 23rd save
Finnegan earned a save against the Mets on Wednesday with a perfect inning of work.

Advice: Finnegan protected a two-run, ninth-inning lead by retiring the side in order on 11 pitches. The right-hander has converted 10 of his past 11 save chances and has allowed just four runs over 17.1 innings during that span. Finnegan has been one of MLB's best closers this season, ranking third in the league with 23 saves while posting a 1.98 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 39:12 K:BB over 36.1 frames. • Gets aboard three times
Profar went 2-for-4 with a walk, one stolen base and one run scored in Wednesday's 6-4 win over the Rangers.

Advice: Profar saw a 13-game hitting streak end Tuesday, but he bounced right back in Wednesday's win. The outfielder also logged his fifth steal of the season and his first since June 6. Overall, he's maintained an excellent .314/.407/.472 slash line with 11 home runs, 55 RBI, 48 runs scored and 15 doubles through 88 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:23 pm
    • Dean Kremer strikes out eight in win over Mariners
Dean Kremer tossed five scoreless innings with eight strikeouts in a win over the Mariners on Wednesday.

Advice: Kremer was excellent in his first start off the injured list after missing over a month with a triceps issue. He scattered two hits and two walks over five shutout innings, striking out eight batters on 16 whiffs. The 28-year-old right-hander will take a 3.93 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, and a 57/20 K/BB ratio across 55 innings into a start against the Cubs in Baltimore on Tuesday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:41 pm
    • Dominant in Wednesday's win
Sale (11-3) allowed one run on three hits and two walks while striking out nine over six innings to earn the win over the Giants on Wednesday.

Advice: Sale has allowed just one run in each of his last three starts, though he was unlucky to come away with just two wins in that span. His 11 wins rank first in the National League, and Sale is tied with Kansas City's Seth Lugo for the major-league lead. Sale is now at a 2.71 ERA, 0.91 WHIP and 127:19 K:BB through 99.2 innings over 16 starts this season. The southpaw's next start is projected to be on the road in Arizona. • James McArthur records five-out save against Rays
James McArthur went 1 2/3 innings on Wednesday against the Rays to earn the save. He allowed one hit and struck out one batter.

Advice: It wasn’t easy for McArthur who had to navigate an eighth inning in which he inherited two base runners and then saw Kyle Isbel make a phenomenal catch off a Taylor Walls line drive with Ben Rortvedt on second base in the ninth. Still, he closed this one out to earn his 15th save of the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:15 pm
    • Chris Sale’s dominance continues against Giants
Chris Sale struck out nine batters across six innings in a 3-1 win over the Giants on Wednesday while allowing just one run. He walked two batters and earned his league-leading 11th win of the season.

Advice: Once again, Sale was magnificent in this start. The Giants were helpless against his vaunted slider as it earned five swings-and-misses and an additional 12 called strikes. He was ahead in the count all night and showed a willingness to use that slider in whatever count he needed it. His 11th win tied Seth Lugo for the league lead and he could be well on his way to his first Cy Young award at 35-years-old. What a remarkable season it’s been for Sale. • Kyle Finnegan shuts down Mets for save
Kyle Finnegan worked a clean ninth inning on Wednesday to earn the save against the Mets.

Advice: Finnegan earned his 23rd save of the season, third most in the league, on Wednesday night. He looked sharp as he worked his third consecutive game and dropped his ERA down to 1.98. He’s been one of the most reliable closers in baseball so far this season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:35 pm

    • Erick Fedde completes six in win over Guardians
Erick Fedde struck out three and allowed one run over six innings on Wednesday in a win over the Guardians.

Advice: Fedde wasn’t overpowering in this one, but he got plenty of run support from Chicago’s lineup and managed to limit Cleveland’s offense to just three hits and a trio of walks over six frames. A third-inning sacrifice fly from David Fry, on the heels of a leadoff double by Guardians rookie Daniel Schneemann, represented the lone tally against him in this one. The 31-year-old journeyman righty has settled in as a solid back-end rotation stabilizer for fantasy managers in his White Sox debut. He’ll carry a strong 3.13 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 94/28 K/BB ratio across 106 1/3 innings (18 starts) into a home outing against the Twins on Tuesday to close out the first half. • RHP Dean Kremer activated from 10-day IL
Orioles activated RHP Dean Kremer from 10-day injured list.

Advice: Kremer is set to start Wednesday’s game against the Mariners opposite Logan Gilbert. Kremer is returning from a triceps injury. He is 3-4 with a 4.32 ERA on the season. Kremer could be a streaming option in deeper formats. Rotoworld Yesterday, 11:43 am
