• Homers again Tuesday
Seager went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Phillies.

Advice: Seager had a rough time against Phillies starter Ranger Suarez, going 0-for-4 with four strikeouts to start the day. However, he'd turn his night around with a solo home run off Jeff Hoffman in the eighth inning, cutting Texas' deficit to 3-2. The long ball extended Seager's hitting streak to six games -- he's gone 7-for-22 (.318) with three homers in that span. The 30-year-old shortstop is now slashing .246/.335/.383 with seven homers, 18 RBI and 20 runs scored through 200 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com 34 minutes ago
  • Three RBI in loss
Rengifo went 2-for-5 with a two-run homer and three RBI in Tuesday's 6-5 loss to the Astros.

Advice: Rengifo got the Angels on the board quickly with a two-run blast off Christian Javier in the opening frame. He later plated a third run in the fourth on a base knock. He's now tallied at least one hit in 11 of his last 12 games, which includes 13 hits and a .371 average over his last eight games. He's regularly been hitting first or second since coming back from the injured list last week and is now slashing ,316/.366/.474 with three homers, 15 RBI, 16 runs and an 8:18 BB:K in 124 plate appearances. • Ezequiel Tovar homers twice against A’s
Ezequiel Tovar hit a pair of solo homers Tuesday in a losing cause against the A’s.

Advice: In spite of his willingness to swing at anything and everything, Tovar has managed to hit .279/.313/.468 this season. His second homer today, projected at 443 feet, was the second longest of his career and easily the longest among those to come away from Coors Field. He’s actually hit 14 of his 23 career homers on the road, though his batting average is far better at home (.287 to .229). Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:42 pm
  • Luis Rengifo hits two-run homers against Astros
Luis Rengifo had a two-run homer and an RBI single versus the Astros on Tuesday.

Advice: Rengifo definitely wasn’t Ron Washington’s favorite player at the beginning of the year, but he’s been one of the best Angels thus far, having hit .316/.366/.474 in 124 plate appearances. Statcast thinks he’s way overachieving, given that his exit velocity numbers are significantly worse than his career marks, but things will probably even out there somewhat; his .840 OPS won’t quite hold up, but his exit velocity numbers should get better. • Slugs pair of homers
Moore went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run, a solo home run and an RBI single during Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Yankees.

Advice: Moore clubbed his fifth and sixth long balls of the campaign, tagging Clarke Schmidt for a two-run shot in the third and Nick Burdi for a solo shot in the ninth. All but one of Moore's homers have come in May, a month where he's batting .293 with 12 extra-base hits, 15 RBI and 12 runs scored. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:50 pm

  • Hits fifth homer
Arcia went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a double in Tuesday's 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Cubs.

Advice: Arcia opened the scoring with his second-inning blast off Chicago starter Javier Assad. This was Arcia's first multi-hit effort since May 8 -- he's gone 9-for-44 (.205) with three homers, three doubles and five RBI over his last 12 contests. The shortstop is slashing .247/.273/.416 with five homers, 17 RBI, 19 runs scored, 13 doubles and no stolen bases over 176 plate appearances in a starting role this season. • Walk-off hit in return
Hoerner went 1-for-5 with one RBI in Tuesday's 4-3 extra-inning win over Atlanta.

Advice: Hoerner had a relatively unimpressive return after missing over a week with a hamstring issue, but he made up for it with a one-out, walk-off single in the 10th inning. The infielder is slashing .267/.357/.385 with two home runs, 13 RBI, 25 runs scored and five stolen bases over 185 plate appearances. Hoerner's return will likely mean less playing time for Nick Madrigal moving forward, assuming Hoerner doesn't suffer a setback with his hamstring. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:31 pm
  • Raps out four hits
Garcia went 4-for-5 with two triples, one RBI and three runs scored in Tuesday's 10-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Garcia showcased his speed Tuesday with the pair of triples. The third baseman has gone 14-for-39 (.359) during his nine-game hitting streak, and he's added three steals, eight RBI and nine runs scored in that span. For the season, the leadoff hitter is slashing .263/.308/.429 with five home runs, 32 RBI, 28 runs scored and 11 stolen bases across 48 games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:20 pm
  • Fills stat sheet in win
Witt went 3-for-4 with two home runs, six RBI, one stolen base and three runs scored in Tuesday's 10-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Witt has six extra-base hits over his last five games, going 8-for-20 (.400) in that span. He hadn't hit a homer since May 8, but he made up for it with a three-run blast in the second inning and a solo shot in the sixth. Witt also had an RBI single and a sacrifice fly in the contest. The star shortstop is slashing .304/.362/.546 with seven homers, 31 RBI, 45 runs scored, 16 steals, 14 doubles and three triples over 50 contests, a prominent display of his versatile skill set.
