    • Clubs homer Monday
Profar went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Monday's 5-4 loss to the Rockies.

Advice: Profar has hit safely in eight of 11 games in May, going 13-for-40 (.325) with three homers and 10 RBI this month. The 31-year-old is slashing .320/.402/.517 with seven long balls, 29 RBI, 23 runs scored, eight doubles and two stolen bases over 44 contests. Profar's best season in the majors was the abbreviated 2020 campaign, and he hit just nine homers with 46 RBI over 125 games last year -- he'll likely post stronger marks in 2024, but his current pace will be tough to sustain. • Hits in four of five games
Lowe went 1-for-4 with a double and a walk Sunday against the Yankees.

Advice: Lowe has appeared in five games since returning from an oblique and hamstring injury, and he's reached base in all four of his starts. He's hit either second or third in the Rays' lineup, though he did sit in the team's only game against a lefty since he was activated. Rotowire.com Monday, 6:45 am

    • Marcell Ozuna plates two in tough loss to Mets
Marcell Ozuna smacked a go-ahead RBI single in the eighth inning on Sunday night, but it still wasn’t enough to lead the Braves past the Mets.

Advice: Ozuna gave the Braves the lead in the sixth inning with an RBI single off of Reed Garrett that made it a 2-1 ballgame. They then entered the eighth inning locked in a 2-2 tie, but got things started as Zack Short worked Adam Ottavino for a leadoff walk. He then swiped second base and raced around to score on Ozuna’s run-scoring single. The 33-year-old slugger finished the night 2-for-3 plus a walk and is slashing a robust .326/.404/.638 with 12 homers and a league-leading 40 RBI. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:14 pm

    • Hits game-tying blast
Santander went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in Saturday's 5-4 extra-innings win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Santander's eighth-inning blast was what ultimately forced extra innings Saturday. The outfielder has gone deep three times and driven in seven runs over his last five games. For the season, Santander is sporting a .217/.301/.449 slash line with seven long balls, 25 RBI, 20 runs scored, nine doubles and a triple. He still has yet to attempt a stolen base this season. Santander's production is generally in line with what he did last year, aside from modest dips in his rate stats. Rotowire.com Saturday, 11:55 pm

    • Josh Lowe sitting against lefty on Saturday
Josh Lowe is not in the lineup for Saturday’s showdown against the Yankees.

Advice: Lowe has gone 4-for-13 through four contests since making his season debut earlier this week. He’ll take a seat on Saturday afternoon with crafty left-hander Nestor Cortes on the mound for New York. The 26-year-old fantasy stalwart figures to continue sitting against southpaws, but will do enough damage against right-handed pitching to make up for it. Rotoworld Saturday, 12:04 pm

    • Lifts homer in win
Santander went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Wednesday's 7-6 extra-innings win over the Nationals.

Advice: Santander is hitting just .227 over seven games in May and batting .215 on the year, but he has a homer in two of his last three contests. The outfielder has added a .737 OPS through 35 games this season, though that's still a decent margin behind last year's .797 mark. Santander is up to six homers, 24 RBI, 18 runs scored, nine doubles, one triple and no steals through 147 plate appearances while holding down a starting role in right field. • Mashes two homers in win
Ozuna went 2-for-3 with two home runs and four RBI in Wednesday's win over the Red Sox.

Advice: Ozuna jumped on a hanging four-seamer from Nick Pivetta in the bottom of the first and launched it into the stands in right field for a three-run shot to put Atlanta on the board. The veteran slugger followed up with another long ball in the third, this time a solo shot on the first pitch he saw, giving him a league-leading 12 home runs on the season. Ozuna also leads the major leagues in RBI with 38 and has now driven in at least one run in three straight games. Rotowire.com Thursday, 3:56 am

    • Ozuna crushes two more home runs
Marcell Ozuna went 2-for-3 with two home runs, four RBI and a walk in the victory over the Red Sox on Wednesday.

Advice: Ozuna passed Shohei Ohtani for the league lead in home runs with 12 and also leads the league in RBI with 38. He’s also hitting .315 with a 1.042 OPS. Ozuna has carried the Braves offense so far this season. It’s a scary thought that Ozuna’s numbers could be even better if some of the hitters in front of him in the lineup like Ronald Acuña Jr. and Matt Olson were playing to their typical level of production. • Takes seat Wednesday
Lowe is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the White Sox, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Advice: The White Sox are bringing a right-hander (Chris Flexen) to the mound, but Flexen has been far more effective against lefties (.314 wOBA) than righties (.372 wOBA) for his career, which likely explains why the lefty-hitting Lowe is on the bench. After being activated from the 10-day injured list Monday, he has gone 3-for-9 with a double through his first two games of the season. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 2:21 pm
