• Drives in three runs
Bohm went 1-for-3 with three RBI and a walk in Monday's loss to the Angels.

Advice: Bohm knocked a two-run single in the first inning and added an RBI sacrifice fly in the ninth. He's been an RBI machine this season, racking up 10 over his last six games, giving him 29 on the year. He trails only Atlanta's Marcell Ozuna on the RBI leaderboard. Bohm is slashing .364/.439/.607 with 17 extra-base knocks and a 15:19 BB:K through 30 games. Rotowire.com 42 minutes ago

  • Carlos Santana stays hot in victory over White Sox
Carlos Santana smashed a two-run homer on Monday, powering the Twins to a 3-2 victory over the White Sox.

Advice: Santana took southpaw Garrett Crochet deep in the second inning for his fourth round-tripper in his last five games after going 20 straight games without a big fly to open the season. The 38-year-old’s recent hot streak is enough to keep his bat in the lineup moving forward, but his on-base skills have eroded to the point that it’s fair to question how much longer he’s going to stick around for Minnesota. • Nolan Jones likely headed to IL with back injury
Luke Zahlmann of The Denver Gazette reports that Nolan Jones (back) is likely headed to the injured list.

Advice: Jones was removed from Sunday’s game with stiffness in his back. The 25-year-old will be replaced on the roster by prospect Jordan Beck, with the transaction likely announced Tuesday. Jones has been a disappointment this year, and now he’ll miss at least a week while recovering from the back ailment. Rotoworld Today, 7:39 pm

  • Justin Turner homers twice in win vs. Royals
Justin Turner went 2-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI in Monday’s 6-5 win against the Royals.

Advice: Turner has dominated the Royals this season. In five games against Kansas City this season, Turner is 6-for-14 (.429 AVG) with two homers and four RBI. It was the 39-year-old’s first multi HR game since last June when he hit two round trippers against the Yankees. Turner is boasting a .923 OPS through 28 games this season and if he’s producing like this, he’ll be a great addition to fantasy managers given he wasn’t much of a hot commodity heading into the season. • Will continue rehab stint
Davis (thigh) will remain on a rehab assignment at Triple-A Las Vegas at least until Thursday, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Davis got through Sunday's rehab appearance at Triple-A Las Vegas without issue, but the club evidently wants to see him get a few more chances in the minors before activating him from the 10-day IL. He served as the DH on Sunday, so he'll likely see some opportunities in the field later in the week to ensure he's back to full strength. Rotowire.com Today, 4:42 pm

J.D. Davis (groin) will remain on his rehab assignment with Triple-A Las Vegas through at least Thursday.

Advice: If Davis checks out well over the next few days, the 31-year-old could be back in action over the weekend for the Athletics. The right-handed hitter has been out of action with a groin strain since April 16. Rotoworld Today, 4:37 pm

  • Nearing rehab assignment
Carpenter (oblique) could begin a rehab assignment as soon as Thursday, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Advice: Carpenter has progressed well since being given an injection for his right oblique strain a week ago, having taken a couple rounds of batting practice without issue. It sounds like he might be ready for activation within the next week or so. Rotowire.com Today, 3:23 pm

  • Out of lineup Monday
Schanuel isn't in the starting lineup for Monday's matchup versus Philadelphia, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Schanuel went 2-for-3 with a solo home run Sunday in a loss to the Twins, but he'll head to the bench Monday while Brandon Drury gets a start at first base. This will be Schanuel's first time out of the starting lineup since April 19. Rotowire.com Today, 3:21 pm

  • Miguel Sanó (knee) absent Monday against Phillies
