    • Luis Arraez returns to lineup Friday vs. Red Sox
Luis Arraez (hand) returned to the lineup for Friday’s game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Arraez wound up sitting out just one contest after suffering a hand injury earlier this week. It doesn’t sound like a serious concern moving forward for fantasy managers, but we’re contractually obligated to note it here. Rotoworld 12 minutes ago

    • Goes deep in loss
Suzuki went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Suzuki also struck out three times in the contest, but he salvaged his night with his 10th home run of the season through 83 team games. The outfielder has played in 57 of those contests, as he missed some time with an oblique injury. If Suzuki stays healthy in the back half of the year, he could make a run at surpassing last year's career-best total of 20 home runs. Rotowire.com 16 minutes ago
    • Brandon Lowe strikes out as pinch-hitter on Friday
Brandon Lowe (toe) struck out as a pinch-hitter during Friday’s game against the Nationals.

Advice: Lowe has been held out of Tampa Bay’s lineup for the last five games as he recovers from a broken right toe, but it doesn’t appear that he’s going to require a trip to the injured list. He should be back in the lineup at some point this weekend. Rotoworld 26 minutes ago

    • Orioles outright Nick Maton to Triple-A
Orioles sent INF Nick Maton outright to Triple-A Norfolk.

Advice: Maton will stick around as extra organizational depth after passing through waivers unclaimed earlier this week. The 27-year-old infielder got into one game this season for Baltimore after appearing in 179 contests between the Tigers and Phillies since 2021. Rotoworld 31 minutes ago

    • Registers second steal
Hedges went 1-for-3 with a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 10-3 loss to the Royals.

Advice: Hedges has hit safely in his last three games, going 3-for-8 in that span. The backup catcher has had a tough time seeing steady action with Bo Naylor and David Fry both ahead of him on the depth chart. Hedges is at a .154/.188/.246 slash line with one home run, two steals, nine RBI and six runs scored over 69 plate appearances. He should not be expected to produce much offense even on the rare occasions he's in the lineup. Rotowire.com Today, 12:00 am
    • Trio of hits in loss
Fry went 3-for-4 with two doubles in Friday's 10-3 loss to the Royals.

Advice: Fry is 12-for-40 (.300) over his last 12 contests, adding five doubles and two RBI in that span. That's a bit less all-around production than he was showing earlier in the campaign, but it's still a solid showing. He's now at a .316/.422/.532 slash line with eight home runs, 32 RBI, 28 runs scored, four stolen bases and 13 doubles through 60 games. Fry has mostly seen time at designated hitter and catcher recently, but he could also be an option in right field while Will Brennan (ribs) is on the injured list. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:58 pm

    • Smacks homer in loss
Ramirez went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 10-3 loss to the Royals.

Advice: Ramirez is up to six homers and 16 RBI over 21 contests in June while hitting .294 (25-for-85) for the month. The third baseman opened the scoring Friday, but the Royals poured on seven runs before the Guardians had a response. Overall, Ramirez continues to provide elite all-around production with 22 homers, 73 RBI, 62 runs scored, 15 stolen bases and a .278/.332/.547 slash line through 77 contests. • Logs steal in win
Witt went 1-for-3 with two walks, one stolen base and two runs scored in Friday's 10-3 win over the Guardians.

Advice: Witt went 10 games without a steal and hit just .184 (7-for-38) in that span. While that's a rare cold stretch for the shortstop, he salvaged it by knocking five extra-base hits in that span. Witt is up to 22 steals this year while adding 12 home runs, 53 RBI, 63 runs scored and a .310/.363/.531 slash line over 84 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:51 pm
    • Two more steals in win
Garcia went 2-for-5 with a double, two stolen bases and two runs scored in Friday's 10-3 win over the Guardians.

Advice: Garcia was briefly bumped down the order last weekend, but he hasn't really rebounded since returning to the leadoff spot for the last five games. His multi-hit effort Friday was his first since June 14 and just his third such game in June, a month in which he's batting .153 (15-for-98). The infielder is now at a .234/.288/.347 slash line with five home runs, 40 RBI, 51 runs scored and 21 steals over 82 contests, with his speed being the biggest upside in his game this year.
