Jeimer Candelario powers Reds past Guardians
Jeimer Candelario blasted a pair of homers and drove in four runs on Wednesday night, accounting for all of the Reds’ offense in a 4-2 victory over the Guardians.
Advice: The 30-year-old infielder opened the scoring in the contest with a 404-foot (104.1 mph EV) solo shot off of Tanner Bibee. He then put the Reds ahead to stay with a 343-foot (96.9 mph EV) three-run blast that chased Bibee from the game in the sixth inning. Candelario also singled in the ballgame, finishing the night 3-for-4. On the season, he’s now slashing .243/.306/.476 with 11 homers and 31 RBI.
