      Advice: Riley hasn't played in more than a week due to intercostal inflammation in his left side.     • Extends, ends streak
      Marte went 2-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored in Sunday's 6-4 win over Detroit.

      Advice: Marte extended a hit streak to 18 games with a second-inning single. His single two innings later ended another streak: the switch-hitter entered Sunday's contest with exactly one hit in 15 consecutive games. It seems counter-intuitive, but Marte's batting average has actually dropped during the streak, from .307 to .292. It should be noted he's done more than just hit singles during the run; Marte has four doubles, two triples, four home runs, 11 RBI and 10 runs scored over those 18 games.       Henderson went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a stolen base in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Mariners.

      Advice: Henderson is on a tear with five homers and seven RBI over his last nine games. His blast Sunday was another leadoff homer against Mariners starter George Kirby. Henderson is leading the majors with 15 long balls to go with seven steals, 31 RBI, 34 runs scored, four doubles, four triples and a .270/.348/.598 slash line over 44 contests.       Civale (2-4) took the loss Sunday against the Blue Jays, allowing five runs (four earned) on six hits and four walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out three.

      Advice: Civale allowed five or more runs for the fourth time this season and yielded a solo home run to Daniel Vogelbach in the second inning. During his last six starts, Civale is 0-3 with an 8.48 ERA and a 26:12 K:BB across 32.2 innings.       Doval struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Rockies.

      Advice: Doval extended his scoreless streak to 4.1 innings. He needed 17 pitches (10 strikes) Sunday, but he was able to emerge with his eighth save in as many chances this season. The closer has a 3.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 24:12 K:BB over 18 innings and has also posted a 2-0 record this season.       Camilo Doval threw a scoreless ninth inning to close out a 4-1 win over the Rockies on Sunday.

      Advice: Camilo Doval didn’t allow a hit or a walk while striking out one to earn his eighth save of the season. The right-hander has a 3.00 ERA on the season with 24 strikeouts in 18 innings. He has yet to blow a save on the season, and if the Giants lineup can get healthy and start putting up some runs, he could earn some more saves in the months ahead.     • Aaron Civale uneven again in loss
      Aaron Civale allowed four earned runs across 5 1/3 innings on Sunday. He walked four and struck out three.

      Advice: A popular breakout pick, Civale has not had a good season. Sunday was more of the same as he didn’t miss many bats and just couldn’t get out of innings cleanly. Two of the runs were inherited that came around to score after he exited, there was traffic nearly every frame and it was a marvel he only allowed four earned runs.       Riley is out of the lineup against the Padres but hasn't had any issues with his intercostal injury Sunday, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

      Advice: Riley hasn't seen the field since May 12 due to intercostal inflammation but appears to be progressing in his recovery, and he could soon resume taking swings.       Austin Riley (side) felt much improved on Sunday and is expected to begin swinging a bat soon.

      Advice: For the first time since suffering the injury, Riley didn’t feel anything in his side on Sunday. He’ll now start to ramp back up with the hope that he’ll be able to rejoin the Braves’ lineup in a couple of days. Zack Short will continue to handle the hot corner in his absence.
