    Advice: Tinoco refused an outright minor league assignment to Triple-A Round Rock and will test the free agent waters instead. The 29-year-old righty posted a lackluster 8.10 ERA, 1.80 WHIP and 9/7 K/BB ratio across 10 innings (nine appearances) this season for the defending World Series champions.
