    Mitchell (finger) was removed from Wednesday's rehab game with Triple-A Nashville with an apparent left hamstring injury, Jack Stern of Brewer Fanatic reports.

    Advice: Mitchell appeared to grab at the hamstring following a swing in the ninth inning of the contest.     Drury (illness) is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Athletics.

    Advice: Drury hasn't played in more than a week due to an upper-respiratory virus. The Angels have resisted placing him on the 10-day injured list thus far, and the team hasn't provided an indication that it has changed its stance, so consider Drury day-to-day.   • Nationals bring Harold Ramírez back to majors
    Nationals selected the contract of OF Harold Ramírez from Triple-A Rochester.

    Advice: Trey Lipscomb was sent down. Ramírez figures to take over as Eddie Rosario’s platoon partner versus lefties. He could also outproduce Joey Meneses against righties, but the Nationals probably aren’t going to want to play him over Meneses at first base. In fact, they gave him just one start there in his seven games for Rochester. He played right field twice and DH’d four times while hitting .375/.516/.417 in 31 plate appearances.
