    Barlow (2-2) allowed a hit and a walk while striking out one in a scoreless inning to earn the extra-innings win Saturday over Atlanta.

    Advice: Barlow took care of business in the bottom of the 10th inning, and Cleveland pulled ahead in the 11th. It's a fourth straight scoreless outing for Barlow, who has two wins and two holds in that span.   • Notches first career save
    Sandlin picked up a save against Atlanta on Saturday, striking out one batter in a perfect inning of work.

    Advice: Regular Cleveland closer Emmanuel Clase pitched a scoreless ninth frame to send the game into extra innings, so Sandlin was handed the ball with the Guardians up two runs in the 11th. The right-hander didn't have any trouble getting through the heart of the Atlanta lineup, retiring Ronald Acuna, Ozzie Albies and Austin Riley in order on just 11 pitches. There's no arguing that this was an impressive performance by Sandlin, but with Clase locked in as one of the league's most secure closers, it's unlikely Sandlin gets many more save chances moving forward.     Advice: Jackson has an impressive 17:5 K:BB ratio in 14.2 innings, but has given up three home runs helping result in a not-as-impressive 4.30 ERA.     Paddack (2-1) earned the win Saturday, allowing four runs on eight hits and one walk over five innings against the Angels. He struck out two. His average fastball declined two mph from his average during the start, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

    Advice: Despite the win, this was a concerning outing for Paddack. The reduced velocity on his fastball is worrisome and he gave up his fifth home run in five starts. After giving up multiple runs in the second and third innings, he did recover to throw two scoreless innings before departing. His next start is lined up to face the Red Sox at home on Friday.     Nick Sandlin fired a scoreless 11th inning to pick up a save against Atlanta on Saturday.

    Advice: Sandlin gets the save chance after the Guardians used Emanuel Clase in a tie game in the ninth inning. Sandlin didn’t allow a hit while picking up a strikeout and also his first save of the year.     Advice: Maton entered the game in the 10th inning with a one-run lead and recorded the first out without incident. However, he served up a two-run home run to Andrew Benintendi one batter later to take his second loss of the campaign. The outing also increased Maton's ERA to 7.59 for the season, though the majority of that damage came from one outing.     Advice: Maton got the chance for the save in the 11th inning after the Rays took a 7-6 lead. He got the first batter out, but Andrew Benintendi took the 31-year-old deep right after to give the White Sox the win and Maton the blown save.     Advice: Romero had some control issues in spring training, but they disappeared when the games started to count. He's pitched to a 1.23 ERA, 0.55 WHIP and 16:2 K:BB over 14.2 innings this season. Romero is part of the Cardinals' high-leverage mix with 10 holds -- matching his total from his previous four seasons combined.
