    • Improving, but iffy for Monday
      Blue Jays manager John Schneider said Bichette is improving in his recovery from a right calf injury, but the skipper declined to reveal whether the shortstop was available off the bench for Sunday's 7-6 win over the Guardians, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports. "Hopefully it's not too much longer," Schneider said.

      Advice: Bichette missed out on a second consecutive start Sunday due to the injury, and Schneider's comments offered no assurance that the 26-year-old will be back in the lineup Monday versus the Red Sox.       Blue Jays’ manager John Schneider told reporters after Sunday’s game that Bo Bichette felt improvement in his injured right calf and may have been available off the bench.

    • Correa hammers three hits, two home runs Sunday
      Carlos Correa went 3-for-5 with two home runs, two runs scored, and 3 RBI against the Athletics on Sunday.



      Advice: Correa continues his hot streak at the dish. The two home runs give him eight total on the season and his average is up to .306 with an .879 OPS. He’s been as good as a player can be in fantasy without stealing bases.

    • Kwan has four-hit game in loss to Jays Sunday
      Steven Kwan went 4-for-5 with one RBI against the Blue Jays on Sunday.



      Advice: Kwan is hitting a ridiculous .398 on the season now. It’s probably not sustainable as his BABIP is .418 compared to his career .320 BABIP, but Kwan benefits from his low seven percent strikeout percentage. He’s going to put the ball in play a lot and right now everything is finding a hole.

    • Ready for rehab stint
      Jung (wrist) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

      Advice: Jung, who suffered a fractured right wrist early in the season, resumed swinging the bat in late May and progressed to live batting practice earlier this week. He's now ready for game action, which puts a return to the Rangers before the end of the month very much on the table.       Advice: Perez is battling a right knee sprain, but it's said to be relatively minor. He'll play through the injury Sunday, albeit in a non-defensive role. It's uncertain when he may return to catching duties. The team recalled Austin Nola from Triple-A Omaha on Saturday, and Nola's presence on the roster affords Perez and the Royals some time to get him right before he slots back in behind the plate.       Advice: Jung will be in the lineup for the first time for Round Rock as he works his way back from the fractured wrist that has sidelined him since early April. The infielder will likely need at least a few games in the PCL before he’s ready to return, but this is obviously most welcome news for both Texas and fantasy managers who have patiently waited for him to return.
