    Advice: Woods Richardson and Luis Castillo battled zero-for-zero for most of the contest, with the Twins breaking through after Woods Richardson departed the game. He allowed just a hit and a walk, and didn’t see a single runner advance into scoring position while he was in the game. This was a much improved effort from Tuesday’s lackluster outing against the White Sox, and at times, the Mariners looked flat-out overmatched.     Advice: Kelly fought off a groin issue nearly one week ago, but he'll be shut down for at least the next 15 days after picking up a new injury. The club has yet to comment on the length of Kelly's stay on the IL, however, the right-hander "didn't believe it would keep him out too long," per David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports.     Waguespack was recalled from Triple-A Durham and placed on the 15-day injured list due to a shoulder injury Monday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

    Advice: Topkin notes that the club has elected to promote Waguespack and place him on the injured list so that if he were to have a setback and require a longer shutdown period, Tampa Bay could shift him to the 60-day IL to clear up a spot on the 40-day roster.     Advice: Pittsburgh’s ace went the distance on Monday as he allowed just one earned run on five hits and stuck out five. His lone run came off a solo homer from Zach Neto. Keller threw 109 total pitches with 75 of them called strikes. In the final frame, Keller got Mickey Moniak and Taylor Ward to strike out and then had Willie Calhoun pop up to left center field.
