      José Caballero went 2-for-3 with a homer Sunday as the Rays edged the Orioles 4-3.

      Advice: Caballero has been a strikeout machine of late, but he managed to go without one for just the second time in 18 games today. He’s batting .260/.318/.370 on the season, but it just doesn’t seem likely that he’ll keep his average up like this with how often he fails to make contact.       Advice: Turang collected his fourth three-hit game of the season, batting in his customary leadoff spot against right-handed starters with Erick Fedde on the mound. The Brewers second baseman produced another solid month in May, hitting .284 (25-for-88) with one homer, five steals, nine RBI and nine runs scored.       Advice: Freeman had been leading off over the last couple of weeks, but that should be done with Steven Kwan (hamstring) returning from the injured list Friday. Freeman was second in the order Friday against southpaw Patrick Corbin, but he'll likely bat lower against right-handers moving forward. Freeman's steal was his second in five games and his eighth of the campaign. He's still at a mediocre .223/.317/.354 slash line with four home runs, 22 RBI, 32 runs scored and 11 doubles over 203 plate appearances overall, but he's hit .295 (18-for-61) over his last 16 contests.       Advice: This line is indicative of Caballero's skill set, as he's striking out at a 29.3 percent clip and has just a .306 on-base percentage. However, he has already racked up 20 stolen bases, only the second player to hit that mark at this point in the campaign.       Advice: Atlanta's offense remains in a funk, managing only five hits and one run Thursday, but Albies has been one of the few consistent bright spots in the lineup of late. The second baseman's hit safely in six straight games, and since May 13 he's slashing .313/.375/.391. Albies still isn't providing much power -- he hasn't homered in 19 straight games and has only three long balls on the year -- but he has contributed four steals, 25 runs and 25 RBI through 46 contests.       Advice: Albies doubled, singled and drew a walk to complete that three-reach game. The stolen base is the fourth for the 27-year-old, and it’s possible we see him take off more often over the final 100-plus games of the season, but far from a guarantee.
