      Steven Kwan went 3-for-5 with a triple, double, and two RBI in a 3-2 win over the Astros on Wednesday.

      Advice: After knocking a base hit in the first inning, Kwan drove in a run with a triple in the fifth. He came through in a big spot in the tenth, driving in the go-ahead run with a double. Kwan capped off his day with a game-ending diving catch in the bottom of the inning.       Advice: Díaz did reach on an error, but he was credited with four groundouts and one flyout today. His groundball rate is currently checking in at 62%, well above his already problematic career mark of 53%. Hopefully, it’s something he can straightened out in the next few weeks.       Adames went 2-for-4 with a pair of home runs and four RBI in Wednesday's 7-1 win over the Rays.

      Advice: Adames extended the Brewers' lead to 3-0 with a solo shot off Zach Eflin in the sixth inning before breaking the game open with a three-run blast off Erasmo Ramirez in the seventh. Adames now has three homers and eight RBI in his last two contests after going 16 games without a long ball.     • Kenta Maeda fans six, gets first victory
      Kenta Maeda limited the Cardinals to one run in six innings and struck out five in the Tigers’ 4-1 victory Wednesday.

      Advice: It’s his first win in six tries this season. Pitching with a couple of extra days of rest, Maeda had a little more velocity today, topping out at 91.6 mph, and he wound up with a nice 34% CSW in the 79-pitch outing.       Maeda (1-1) earned the win Wednesday against St. Louis, allowing one run on four hits over six innings. He struck out five.

      Advice: A Willson Contreras solo home run in the fourth inning was the lone mark against Maeda on Tuesday as the veteran right-hander cruised to his first win with the Tigers. After a brutal start to the year, Maeda's now allowed just one run on seven hits and no walks in his last two outings (11 innings). He's lowered his ERA to 5.02 with a 1.22 WHIP and 22:7 K:BB across six starts this season.
