    • Royce Lewis (quad) making progress in recovery
Royce Lewis (quad) progressed to running the bases on Monday.

Advice: Lewis will be re-evaluated later this week to determine where he’s at in his rehabilitation process from a severe right quad strain that he suffered back on Opening Day. The 24-year-old is getting close to starting a minor league rehab assignment and could return at some point next month, barring any setbacks. Rotoworld Tuesday, 1:35 pm

    • Out of lineup Sunday
Cabrera is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox, Pete Caldera of The Bergen Record reports.

Advice: The third-year major leaguer will begin the game from the dugout in the second straight game as the Yankees close out their series with Chicago. Jon Berti will get the start at third base and bat ninth in place of Cabrera. Rotowire.com May 19, 7:39 am

    • Oswaldo Cabrera taking seat Sunday vs. White Sox
Oswaldo Cabrera is not in the starting lineup Sunday against the White Sox.

Advice: Cabrera, 25, also sat out Saturday after going 0-for-4 Friday. The infielder will be a bench option with Jon Berti hitting ninth and manning the hot corner for the series finale. Austin Wells also is on the bench Sunday with Jose Trevino lined up as the starting backstop. Rotoworld May 19, 7:27 am

    • Provides offense Saturday
Morel went 1-for-3 with an RBI in Saturday's 1-0 win over the Pirates.

Advice: Morel's line drive to center in the bottom of the ninth inning brought in Cody Bellinger with the game-winning run. It was a nice effort for Morel, who's been productive this month despite batting just .220 in May. The production has come mostly in the power department, as the 24-year-old has five home runs this month across 17 games. Morel came into May with four long balls over his first 29 contests.
