    • Juan Soto plates run in loss to Padres
Juan Soto doubled, walked and drove in a run as the Yankees fell to the Padres on Sunday afternoon in San Diego.

Advice: The 25-year-old superstar broke a scoreless tie with a run-scoring double off of Joe Musgrove in the sixth inning. That would wind up being the Bombers’ only tally until the ninth inning. Soto is once again enjoying an outstanding all-around season at the plate — slashing a robust .310/.408/.571 with 14 homers, 44 RBI and four stolen bases. Rotoworld Today, 4:10 pm

    • Jose Altuve has two hits, SB in win over A’s
Jose Altuve went 2-for-5 with two RBI and a stolen base in a win over the A’s on Sunday.

Advice: Not many people are talking about Altuve, but he’s having yet another solid year with a .296/.353/.468 triple slash to go along with nine home runs, 20 RBI, and eight steals. He’ll always provide solid run totals while hitting at the top of the Astros’ lineup and is one of the most reliable players in fantasy baseball. Rotoworld Today, 4:02 pm

    • Carlos Correa with two hits in loss
Carlos Correa went 2-for-4 with a double, RBI, and run scored on Sunday against the Rangers.

Advice: Don’t look now, but Correa is quietly putting together a strong season. He’s hitting .279 with an .833 OPS, good for about 40% better than league average, with the batted ball quality to match. He’s also running the highest BB% of his career and once again looks like a solid run producer in the middle of the Twins’ lineup. Rotoworld Today, 2:30 pm

    • Not starting Sunday
Campusano is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Yankees.

Advice: Campusano will rest Sunday after starting in the first two games of the series, going 0-for-5 with two walks. Kyle Higashioka will start behind the plate and bat ninth against Yankees right-hander Clarke Schmidt. Rotowire.com Today, 12:50 pm

    • Starling Marte gets Sunday off against Giants
Starling Marte is not in the starting lineup against the Giants on Sunday.

Advice: Marte will get a chance to rest after going 2-for-8 in the first two games of the series against San Francisco. The 35-year-old will retreat to the bench with DJ Stewart hitting fifth and playing right field. Rotoworld Today, 8:05 am

    • Getting Sunday off
Marte is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against San Francisco.

Advice: Marte will get a breather for the day game after he started in both of the first two games of the series while going 2-for-8 with a solo home run and an additional run. DJ Stewart will check in for Marte in right field. Rotowire.com Today, 7:34 am

    • Shohei Ohtani (hamstring) in lineup Sunday vs. CIN
Shohei Ohtani (hamstring) is in the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Reds.

Advice: Ohtani will get the start as he continues to play through the right hamstring contusion. The 29-year-old didn’t look at 100 percent while picking up a triple during Saturday’s contest, but it’s obviously a positive to see that he’s able to play through the issue. • Remains in lineup Sunday
Ohtani will serve as the Dodgers' designated hitter and No. 2 batter in Sunday's game against the Reds.

Advice: Though manager Dave Roberts disclosed after Saturday's 3-1 loss that Ohtani has been managing a bruised hamstring of late, the 29-year-old still served as the Dodgers' DH for all nine innings of the contest, going 1-for-4 with a triple and three strikeouts. According to Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register, Ohtani wasn't running at full speed when he legged out the triple, and while the hamstring issue doesn't look as though it'll cost him any starts, it could result in his stolen-base opportunities being more limited in the short term. Ohtani has gone a perfect 13-for-13 in stolen-base attempts through his first 52 games of the season. Rotowire.com Today, 6:41 am

    • Shohei Ohtani playing through hamstring bruise
Shohei Ohtani is playing through a right hamstring contusion.

Advice: The Athletic’s Fabian Ardaya adds that the Dodgers are managing Ohtani’s lingering issue, which he suffered during their last homestand when he was hit by a pickoff throw, by placing a “governor” on him while running the bases. The restriction became apparent when the 29-year-old cruised around the bases at less than full speed on his sixth-inning triple during Saturday’s contest against the Reds. It doesn’t sound like a serious concern moving forward, but it’s certainly an issue fantasy managers should continue monitoring. Ohtani has been phenomenal in his Los Angeles debut so far, currently leads the majors with a .338 batting average along with 13 homers and 13 steals through 52 games. Rotoworld Today, 3:54 am
