Brice Turang swipes another bag in win over Tigers
Brice Turang went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and a pair of runs scored on Saturday afternoon as the Brewers eked out a one-run victory over the Tigers in Detroit.
Advice: Turang led off the game with a walk, advanced to second on a balk and raced around to score on an RBI single off the bat of Christian Yelich. He singled again in the third inning and ultimately scored on a ground ball off the bat of Willy Adames. The speedy 24-year-old then reached on an infield single in the fifth inning and swiped second base, but was ultimately stranded at third. He has been a catalyst atop the Brewers’ lineup this season — slashing a healthy .307/.371/.415 to go along with three homers, 23 RBI and 23 stolen bases.
