    • Bregman blasts ninth home run in win Monday
Alex Bergman went 1-for-4 with a solo home run against the Cardinals on Monday.

Advice: The home run was Bregman’s ninth of the season. With the Astros trailing by one in the eighth inning, he homered off JoJo Romero to tie the game. Bregman is still hitting just .229 on the season, but his .234 BABIP is significantly lower than his career .280 BABIP. He hit .262 with a .270 BABIP last year so his average should pick up and his .176 ISO is right in line with his .178 ISO last year when he hit 25 home runs. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:29 pm

    • Homers in loss
Semien went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in a 2-1 loss to the Tigers on Monday.

Advice: Semien opened the scoring with a leadoff homer off Tarik Skubal and added a single and a walk in the third and fifth innings. The homer was Semien's first since May 17, and he has now reached base in 10 of his 14 June plate appearances. On the season, Semien is slashing .263/.322/.445 with 10 homers, 35 RBI, and 43 runs scored in 270 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:09 pm
    • Semien hits leadoff home run Monday
Marcus Semien went 2-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run against the Tigers on Monday.

Advice: The home run was Semien’s 10th of the season. He only has one stolen base on the year, but with 43 runs and 35 RBI he’s continued to be one of the most consistent players in fantasy baseball. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:39 pm
    • Officially demoted to Triple-A
The Twins optioned Julien to Triple-A St. Paul on Monday.

Advice: Julien put up a 132 OPS+ last season as a rookie and opened the 2024 campaign as the Twins' leadoff man against right-handed pitching. While he started off with an .830 OPS in April this season, he posted a .482 OPS with a 36.5 percent strikeout rate since May 1. Julien could regain a regular role with Minnesota later this season, but he'll head to St. Paul for now as he looks to get back on track. Willi Castro will likely take over as the Twins' primary second baseman, with Kyle Farmer being mixed in against lefties. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:40 am

    • Twins option Edouard Julien to Triple-A St. Paul
Twins optioned INF Edouard Julien to Triple-A St. Paul.

Advice: As anticipated, the 25-year-old infielder is sent out to make room on the active roster for the return of Royce Lewis on Tuesday. Julien had been mired in quite the slump — slashing just .169/.274/.181 with zero homers, five RBI and a 36/12 K/BB ratio over 95 plate appearances over his last 32 games dating back to April 28. Hopefully playing every day at the Triple-A level is enough to cure what ails him. We haven’t seen the last of Julien in the big leagues this season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:14 am

    • Productive weekend series
Diaz went 1-for-4 with a double and an RBI on Sunday against the Orioles.

Advice: Diaz had a strong weekend series thanks to some timely hits. Across the three games, he went just 3-for-11 but drove in four runs and also worked two free passes. Diaz has gone just 7-for-44 across his last 13 starts, though he's striking out at only a 10.6 percent clip in that span, meaning his numbers should start to tick back up. • Goes deep twice
Soto went 3-for-5 with two home runs, three RBI and three runs scored in Sunday's win over the Giants.

Advice: Soto opened the game's scoring with a solo shot in the first inning. He later belted a two-run, go-ahead homer in the ninth inning off Giants closer Camilo Doval. It was Soto's third multi-homer performance as a Yankee, all coming over his last 15 games. During that stretch, he's gone 22-for-57 (.386) with 12 extra-base hits and 19 RBI. Soto's season slash line now sits at .322/.417/.614 through 61 games. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:34 pm

    • Collects three hits in loss
Bellinger went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Sunday's 5-2 loss to the Reds.

Advice: Bellinger played well, but the rest of Chicago's lineup could muster only five hits overall, which limited his ability to collect counting stats. The 28-year-old is batting .318 over his last 10 games with a home run, four runs scored and five RBI. If Bellinger gets more support from his teammates, he could really take off across the board, though he should have plenty of fantasy value either way given his ability to hit the ball over the fall and swipe a base on occasion. • Juan Soto crushes go-ahead homer in ninth Sunday
Juan Soto crushed a go-ahead two-run homer off of Camilo Doval in the ninth inning on Sunday, powering the Yankees to a come-from-behind 7-5 victory over the Giants.

Advice: The Yankees entered the ninth inning trailing 5-3, but things got tighter in a hurry after a one-out RBI triple off the bat of Anthony Volpe. Two pitches later, Soto uncorked a 398-foot (108.2 mph EV) two-run shot that gave the Yankees a 6-5 lead. The 25-year-old superstar also opened the scoring in the ballgame with a 430-foot (108.7 mph EV) solo shot off of Blake Snell in the top half of the first inning. He finished the day 3-for-5 with three runs scored and three RBI and is now hitting a ridiculous .322/.417/.614 on the season with 17 homers and 53 RBI. Rotoworld Sunday, 5:35 pm
