      Brandon Nimmo swatted a solo home run on Sunday night, helping to power the Mets to a victory over the Cubs at Wrigley Field.

      Advice: Brandon Nimmo slugged a solo homer in the third inning — going back-to-back with teammate Francisco Liriano off of Cubs’ starter Javier Assad. His 379-foot (101.3 mph EV) solo shot increased the Mets’ early lead to 3-0 and proved to be the difference in the ballgame.       Yandy Díaz went 3-for-4 and homered off Paul Skenes as the Rays topped the Pirates 3-1 on Sunday.
